• Maintain, optimize, and further develop database structures related to our payroll system LOGA3 • Set up, manage, and enhance interfaces to adjacent HR systems, in particular roster and time management systems • Create and further develop analyses using Scout and support Controlling and business units with data-driven questions • Ensure stable and reliable system operations across payroll, HR, and related IT systems • Support release changes, perform test runs, and drive technical enhancements in the LOGA environment • Work closely with the payroll team and other HR-IT specialists at the interface of technology and payroll
Job Requirements
- Vocational training as an IT specialist (Fachinformatiker) or a degree in (business) computer science, or an equivalent IT qualification
- Solid professional experience working with relational databases as well as in connecting interfaces and system integration
- Practical experience with LOGA or LOGA3, or a comparable HR and payroll system
- Experience working with KPIs, reports and reporting tools, ideally Scout or a similar BI tool
- Familiarity with payroll or compensation processes is a plus but not required
- Analytical and structured approach to work, enthusiasm for technical topics, and confident communication with contacts in HR, IT and business units
