• Develop and implement Advanced Analytics, Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence solutions aimed at solving business problems. • Translate the needs of partner areas into analytical models, data products and scalable solutions. • Design analytical architectures and data pipelines (ETL/ELT), ensuring quality, performance and governance. • Build, train, deploy and monitor predictive and prescriptive models, ensuring their continuous improvement. • Develop data- and AI-based products such as recommendation engines, segmentation, forecasting and intelligent automations. • Apply MLOps and DataOps practices to ensure versioning, deployment, monitoring and maintenance of models in production. • Serve as a technical reference within squads, supporting architectural decisions and promoting Analytics and AI best practices. • Contribute to the evolution of a data-driven culture by encouraging strategic use of data across the organization.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics or related fields.
  • Proficiency in Python and SQL for data analysis, manipulation and processing.
  • Strong knowledge of statistics, Machine Learning and development of analytical models.
  • Experience developing Advanced Analytics, Machine Learning and AI solutions applied to business.
  • Experience building data pipelines (ETL/ELT) and processing large volumes of data.
  • Experience with Cloud platforms (Azure, AWS or GCP) and analytical data architectures.
  • Experience with MLOps, DataOps, versioning, deployment and monitoring of models in production environments.
  • Knowledge of systems integration and API development for model serving.

In this role, you will partner closely with the Associate Director of Data Insights to build a curated semantic and reporting layer that serves as the trusted foundation for all business intelligence, reporting, and analytics solutions across internal teams and client-facing products.
