• Develop and implement AI agents (assistants, copilots, and intelligent automations) for different areas of the company. • Structure interaction flows and the decision logic of agents, ensuring the quality and consistency of responses. • Integrate AI models with corporate data, APIs, and internal systems. • Conduct testing, tuning, and continuous improvements — prompt engineering, model tuning, and performance evaluation. • Support the evolution of solutions based on LLMs and NLP, ensuring alignment with business use cases. • Collaborate with Tech Leads, Delivery, CX & AI, and AI Enablement to ensure alignment between technology, experience, and delivered value. • Monitor agents’ performance and usage, proposing continuous improvements. • Follow governance, security, and responsible AI usage guidelines.

• Develop and implement Advanced Analytics, Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence solutions aimed at solving business problems. • Translate the needs of partner areas into analytical models, data products and scalable solutions. • Design analytical architectures and data pipelines (ETL/ELT), ensuring quality, performance and governance. • Build, train, deploy and monitor predictive and prescriptive models, ensuring their continuous improvement. • Develop data- and AI-based products such as recommendation engines, segmentation, forecasting and intelligent automations. • Apply MLOps and DataOps practices to ensure versioning, deployment, monitoring and maintenance of models in production. • Serve as a technical reference within squads, supporting architectural decisions and promoting Analytics and AI best practices. • Contribute to the evolution of a data-driven culture by encouraging strategic use of data across the organization.

• Work embedded in a business squad, gaining deep knowledge of the area’s processes and mapping where AI delivers real, measurable value. • Design, build, and put into production AI agents and flows using the Plataforma Agêntica reference architecture and patterns (agent orchestration, MCP, connectors, Databricks Genie). • Prototype rapidly — from PoC to pilot to production — validating value with the business area and iterating each cycle. • Integrate agents with corporate data and systems: Databricks (Genie Spaces, Unity Catalog), Microsoft 365, Atlassian and domain systems. • Ensure solution quality: response evaluation, testing, observability, and continuous tuning of prompts and tools. • Operate within the governance, information security and LGPD guardrails defined by the COE AI, monitoring consumption and costs of delivered solutions. • Support AI training and adoption across business areas, including citizen development initiatives (Agent Maker).

• Coordinate Security Operations Center (SOC) operations, ensuring continuous monitoring, rapid response, and alignment with company security policies. • Assess and optimize incident response processes, implementing automation, playbooks, and metrics to increase efficiency and reduce response time. • Conduct detailed incident analyses, identifying root causes and impacts, and proposing corrective and preventive measures. • Manage SIEM, SOAR, and other monitoring tools, ensuring integration and effectiveness in threat detection. • Collaborate with cybersecurity defense teams, GRC, IAM, and infrastructure to coordinate actions during incidents and improve overall security posture. • Prepare technical and executive reports on incidents, trends, and implemented improvements. • Train SOC analysts and other stakeholders on incident response best practices and tool usage. • Stay current on new attack techniques, response frameworks (e.g., NIST, MITRE ATT&CK), and market trends.

• Manage and evolve Cloud infrastructure practices, principles, services, standards, community and policies; • Actively participate in project deployments involving Cloud environments; • Automate tasks that are currently performed manually (Infrastructure as Code - IaC); • Define and support cluster frameworks for microservices, proper instance sizing, and scalability and upgrade processes; • Serve as a facilitator for resource configurations.

• Design and develop the next generation of the company's data ingestion platform. • Define and evolve an AI-driven data ingestion architecture. • Build and maintain intelligent (ETL/ELT) ingestion pipelines that are scalable, reusable and resilient. • Incorporate AI agents for automation, orchestration and intelligent data validation. • Develop solutions based on RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), embeddings and vector search. • Integrate multiple data sources: APIs, databases, events, SaaS and files (structured and unstructured). • Work with large-scale batch and streaming data processing. • Ensure data quality, reliability, governance and observability. • Apply anomaly detection techniques and intelligent pipeline validation. • Automate data integration and operations processes. • Establish best practices, standards and guidelines for data ingestion and Data Platforms. • Collaborate closely with Engineering, Analytics, Data Science, Product and Business teams. • Deliver high-impact business solutions with technical autonomy and ownership.

• Manage security for Windows, macOS and mobile devices, ensuring adherence to corporate security policies; • Maintain continuous visibility and monitoring of the endpoint estate (critical vulnerabilities and exposure); • Manage, evolve and administer the MDM environment (Microsoft Intune): implement compliance and configuration policies, manage corporate devices and BYOD, apply endpoint hardening, manage corporate applications and security profiles, and automate configurations and remediation processes; • Administer and optimize solutions such as Microsoft Defender for Endpoint and CrowdStrike Falcon for threat detection and response; analyze and handle alerts, reduce false positives, integrate with SIEM and SOC platforms, and support Threat Hunting activities; • Define and operate patch management processes; • Ensure operating systems and applications are updated and continuously improve the security posture; • Reduce the risk window of corporate assets; • Implement security standards based on CIS Benchmarks, ensuring compliance with corporate policies and regulatory requirements; • Administer and evolve Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions; • Monitor privileged access, perform periodic privilege reviews, and enforce segregation of duties; • Develop operational and executive dashboards using Power BI, Microsoft Sentinel, Azure Monitor, EDR/XDR consoles, and PAM tools; • Develop automations using PowerShell and Python; automate onboarding and offboarding processes, access reviews, and credential rotation; • Integrate EDR, SIEM, MDM and PAM solutions; • Respond to incidents involving endpoints and compromised credentials: perform triage and basic forensic analysis, investigate misuse of privileged accounts, isolate compromised devices, and execute containment, remediation, and recovery actions; • Collaborate with SOC, IAM, Infrastructure, Cloud and GRC teams; • Support internal and external audits; • Contribute to Zero Trust and Least Privilege initiatives; • Support identity and access management projects; • Train users and technical teams on endpoint security and promote credential protection best practices; • Stay up to date on trends, threats and new security technologies; participate in relevant training and certifications; • Contribute to the continuous improvement of Endpoint Security and PAM maturity.

• Develop and evolve microservices for the e-commerce platform (checkout, offers, payments, shipping) with a focus on high throughput and predictable latency. • Maintain and modernize legacy systems (.NET Framework / WCF) with a progressive migration approach. • Work on bug fixes, improvements and new projects from a prioritized backlog, ensuring zero impact on the purchase flow. • Follow the full lifecycle: analysis → implementation → testing → deploy → observability in production. • Participate in code reviews with an enterprise-quality mindset (SonarQube, Clean Code, SOLID). • Ensure resilience and scalability in high-demand scenarios (Black Friday, promotional campaigns).

• Lead technical initiatives to modernize the Payments Proxy platform. • Work on the evolution of Java/Spring Boot applications in mission-critical, high-transaction-volume environments. • Plan and execute migration of applications hosted on VMs to Kubernetes environments (AKS). • Define and implement containerization strategies using Docker. • Improve CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions and DevOps best practices. • Support the architectural transformation of monolithic systems into more scalable and resilient architectures. • Ensure observability, performance, security, and high-availability best practices. • Collaborate with infrastructure, architecture, and cloud platform teams. • Support troubleshooting and resolution of complex production incidents. • Participate in defining technical standards, development best practices, and engineering governance. • Contribute to continuous improvement of the technology stack and reduction of technical debt.
