• Conduct in-person, virtual and telephone meetings with a targeted group of physicians and healthcare professionals to share relevant information about the company and its products, enabling providers to make informed decisions for their patients. • Plan, develop and/or implement educational and promotional programs tailored to client needs to provide balanced information on therapeutic areas and product-specific requirements. • Build and maintain trusted relationships with healthcare professionals through in-person, virtual and telephone interactions, seeking to understand their needs and identify partnership opportunities or value-added services for their practices. • Complete territory-related administrative tasks in a timely manner to meet internal requirements and objectives (daily CRM visit entries, weekly expense reports, etc.). • Develop and execute an annual business plan to identify potential commercial opportunities within the territory and ensure corporate objectives are met.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (science, business, or equivalent)
- 2 to 5 years of sales experience
- At least 3 years of prior experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry
- Valid driver's license
- CCPE–CFPC basic accreditation
- Strong business acumen and analytical skills to assess, develop and implement territory-level business plans
- Strong communication and presentation skills to engage clients and colleagues in commercial activities
- Proven ability to develop and maintain credible relationships with healthcare professionals by understanding their needs and delivering value at every interaction
- Commitment to fostering a cohesive team environment and proven ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and cross-functional partners
- Strong attention to detail, ability to manage multiple files simultaneously, and essential organizational skills to handle the complexity and demands of the role
- Proficient in MS Office applications, including Excel
- Reside in or near the territory

The selected professional must have at least 3 years of experience in the design and development of digital learning programs and competency assessment initiatives, with a particular focus on digital skills.
