Role Description Responsible for development and configuration of an SAP Analytics cloud tool within NBCUniversal Corporate technology. - Deliver an efficient SAP Planning and Analytical capability to support multiple business sectors requirements. - Responsible for requirements collection, design, and build of analytics solutions specific to SAP HANA, SAP S/4HANA, SAP Analytics Cloud and/or SAP BW4/HANA. - Communicate SAP-technologies in a simplified manner to business users to convey the “art of the possible.” - Design and build the proposed analytics solution. - Work with a variety of technologies such as native HANA modeling, HANA Smart Data Integration, SAP SLT for replication, ABAP CDS View development for analytics, SAP Analytics Cloud, SAP Datasphere and SAP BW4/HANA. - Lead requirement gathering sessions to define data acquisition, virtual data models in SAP HANA and report layouts in SAP Analytics Cloud or other analytics tools such as Tableau, Qlik, or PowerBI. - Lead and build proposed analytic solutions, supporting development, unit testing, user acceptance testing, and go-live. - Work with SAP BTP or HANA Administrators and Security team members on setup and configuration of user access. - Create Data Analytics Reports using SAP Cloud Analytics. - Collaborate with functional teams to translate user stories and problem statements into project/solution requirements. - Collaborate with extended Data and Analytics teams to design data pipelines to and from SAC. - Develop solutions quickly through an Agile process utilizing incremental minimal viable products to obtain user feedback and iterate towards a final solution. - Partner with functional teams to facilitate the deployment and adoption of delivered solutions. - Inform/coach key users, where necessary, regarding SAC usage and requests for displaying information in the system. - Facilitate with lead and business clients and Product teams on strategy and team sessions to assess in betterment of SAP Analytics. - Provide recommendations, develop customized solutions as needed, and manage follow-up and evaluation for all SAP planning requirements. - Develop new Planning scenarios, interfaces, cubes and other reporting structures, as and when identified by business needs/projects. - Assist with identified stabilization and simplification initiatives to improve overall SAP Analytics processes and performance. Review/Update support and operations documentation where required. - Participate in production support rota during key activity periods when required month-end, quarter-end, year-end etc. - Ensure consistency of master data between MDG and related systems. - Review and improve existing master data interfaces to eliminate master data issues in SAP ECC, SAP S/4, BW, BPC and any downstream systems. - Liaise with other Product teams to ensure timely resolution of all issues and to promote good working relationships. - 100% telecommuting is permitted for this role. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or related field (or foreign degree equivalent), plus 15 years of experience in the job offered or in a related occupation. - Experience in Data Analytics with the ability to link development requirements back to business requirements. - Experience in using BI & Reporting Analytics tools, such as SAP BO, AOE, QlikView, MicroStrategy, Power BI and Tableau. - Experience providing infrastructure requirements (12 years of experience). - Experience providing SAP SAC user training (10 years of experience). - Experience in SAP data & Analytics products including various data and analytics solutions based on AWS, GCP and Azure (10 years of experience). - Experience in SAP SAC Analytics with the ability to link development requirements back to business requirements (5 years of experience). - Experience implementing SAP SAC in a multinational environment (5 years of experience).
