Responsibilities - Supports pharmacy service operations to maintain accurate processing, timely workflow progression, and consistent service delivery outcomes. - Coordinates order intake, documentation review, and transaction support activities to improve operational continuity and reduce processing delays. - Maintains pharmacy records, service documentation, and data entry activities to strengthen accuracy, traceability, and audit readiness. - Monitors inventory support activities, supply movement, and material availability to help sustain uninterrupted pharmacy operations. - Resolves routine service issues and escalates complex exceptions to support compliant handling and timely issue closure. - Collaborates with internal and external stakeholders to align service requirements, remove workflow barriers, and support patient and customer needs. - Contributes to process improvement and standardization efforts that enhance efficiency, quality controls, and future readiness across pharmacy support services. Qualifications - High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience required. - 2+ years of experience in pharmacy support, healthcare operations, medication order support, inventory support, patient services, or a related field required. - Certification in pharmacy support, pharmacy technician practice, medication handling, inventory control, healthcare operations, or a related field preferred.
