• Support the Office of the Chief Information Officer (OCIO) of a legislative customer • Lead the project from initiation to closure • Manage the project work plan and establish a structured framework • Produce weekly written status reports • Design and facilitate participative stakeholder planning sessions • Conduct environmental and organizational analysis, including SWOT analysis • Revise and finalize the updated OCIO Directional Plan • Develop communications materials supporting the updated Directional Plan • Maintain version-controlled documentation throughout the period

• Support and manage components of complex programs under the direction of a Senior Manager or Director. • Serve as a primary point of contact for client program staff; support senior leadership in executive engagements. • Lead coordination and execution of all program’s activities, including schedule, budget, and scope. • Participate in and support client meetings, stakeholder briefings, and presentations. • Coordinate clients’ innovation and resilience priorities, secure grant funding, and successfully implement federally and state-funded programs. • Manage and coordinate project staff and subcontractors on assigned tasks or workstreams, with oversight from senior leadership as appropriate. • Coordinate across critical infrastructure and natural hazard disciplines to deliver high-quality strategies and advice to clients. • Maintain a complete understanding of all applicable program policies, requirements, procedures, guidelines; and shall possess knowledge of regulatory and statutory compliance requirements for FEMA, BIL and IRA related program, and similar programs/projects. • Monitor program performance status and establish necessary tools for control over programs results. • Provide regular updates to project leadership on milestones, risks, and deliverables. • Support business development activities, including proposal development.

Role Description In collaboration with and supervision by an Appeals and Grievances Medical Director, the Physician Associate is responsible for ongoing clinical review and adjudication of appeals and grievances cases for UnitedHealthcare associated companies. - Work as part of an integrated team of medical director physicians, other physician associates, and other members of the appeals staff. - Perform individual case review for appeals and grievances for various health plan and insurance products, which may include PPO, ASO, HMO, MAPD, and PDP. - Communicate with UnitedHealthcare medical directors regarding appeals decision rationales and benefit interpretations. - Actively participate in team meetings focused on communication, feedback, problem solving, process improvement, staff training and evaluation, and the sharing of program results. - Provide clinical and strategic input when participating in organizational committees, projects, and task forces. Qualifications - Current Physician Assistant/Associate license in your state of residence. - Current Board Certification by National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA). - 5+ years of clinical PA practice experience. - Intermediate computer skills: MS Office, Outlook, Word, and Excel. - Ability to work Monday-Friday normal business hours. Requirements - 1+ years of Utilization Management and Utilization Review processes. - Experience with Appeals & Grievances. - Experience with claims coding & review. - Experience with project management. - Experience with facilitating hospital admission process. - Experience with participating in hospital inpatient admission process. - Experience with conducting quality chart reviews. - Inpatient PA experience. - Knowledge of IPA, insurance, health plans and managed care functions. - Ability to work well in a team environment.
