Job Description
Senior Growth Lead / Director of Growth
Eden Health
• Own the operating model for profitable acquisition across channels, agencies, funnel conversion, measurement, creative learning, and weekly budget posture. • Establish the weekly growth operating rhythm, decision log, and owner map. • Identify the highest-leverage blockers to revenue growth and force prioritization across channels, funnel, creative, agency work, and product/engineering dependencies. • Run the weekly growth operating loop: read signal, set posture, execute, learn, and plan. • Translate business targets into channel priorities, agency asks, test plans, and budget posture recommendations.
Job Requirements
- Senior growth leadership experience in ecommerce, DTC, healthcare/telehealth, subscription, marketplace, fintech, or another performance-driven business.
- Strong paid acquisition fluency, especially Google and paid social, with enough depth to pressure-test channel work directly.
- Strong understanding of funnel conversion, measurement quality, creative testing, landing-page strategy, lifecycle, and budget governance.
- Experience managing agencies and internal operators without letting either become a black box.
- Ability to work with executives, finance, product, data, creative, lifecycle, engineering, legal/compliance, and operations.
- Strong business judgment: can make weekly decisions with imperfect data while clearly explaining confidence, risk, and tradeoffs.
- Comfort operating in a high-urgency environment where the work is cross-functional, messy, and commercially important.
Benefits
- Competitive compensation
- Professional growth opportunities

Role Description We are hiring a Growth Marketing Engineer to lead our paid acquisition programs, using engineering and AI as the primary means of executing that work. You will own our Facebook and Google Ads programs and apply code, automation, and modern AI tools to run them more efficiently than a traditional marketing function could. - Own Paid Acquisition: Lead our Facebook Ads and Google Ads programs end-to-end, including strategy, creative direction, audience development, budget allocation, testing, and performance reporting against cost per lead and cost per enrollment targets. - Build the Marketing Systems: Design and implement the automations, integrations, and internal tools that operate our marketing programs, including lead routing, reporting, and integrations between ad platforms and our CRM. - Instrument Performance: Build the tracking, dashboards, and data pipelines required to measure performance across advertising, the website, and the enrollment funnel. - Ship Landing Pages and Funnels: Develop and iterate on landing pages, forms, and lead capture experiences tied to specific campaigns and audiences. - Apply AI Across the Function: Use LLMs and AI development tools to write code, produce and refine ad creative, analyze performance data, and automate repeatable work across the marketing stack. - Own the Numbers: Report on pipeline, spend, and unit economics on a defined cadence, and make informed recommendations on where to invest further and where to reduce spend. - Engineering Applied to Marketing: You have used code, scripts, or automations to improve the performance of marketing programs, including work on landing pages, tracking, integrations, or workflow tooling. You can clearly describe what you built, why, and the results it produced. - Paid Media Ownership: You have personally managed Facebook Ads and Google Ads accounts, made daily decisions on spend and creative, and can speak to specific performance metrics you have improved. - Marketing Stack Experience: Hands-on experience with tools such as Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, GA4, Segment, HubSpot, Zapier, or Make. - AI-Forward Practice: You use AI coding tools and large language models as a core part of your workflow. You understand where they add value, where they do not, and how to integrate them effectively. - Data and Analytics Fluency: You can independently pull data, build a dashboard, and reason clearly about attribution, cost per lead, and payback periods. - Owner Mentality: You are comfortable being accountable for both the technical execution and the campaign outcomes, and you operate without needing someone else to define the plan. Qualifications - Direct Response and Performance Marketing Background: Experience in direct-to-consumer, education, or another performance-driven category. - Video and Creative Skills: You can produce a short-form ad or brief a video editor effectively. - Sports or Education Background: Personal or professional experience in competitive athletics or K-12 education. Location - Remote (U.S.)

• Develop the go-to-market strategy for our newest opportunities – new customer segments, newly launched product lines, and future partner launches. • Build deep customer and market understanding through primary research: customer conversations, advisor call reviews, funnel data, and competitive pricing analysis. • Own the go-to-market strategy for new and existing customer segments, determining who we target, how we win, and what drives profitable growth, while partnering with cross-functional teams to bring that strategy to market. • Define which customer segments we can win profitably, and prioritize where we invest. • Design and run go-to-market experiments with a dedicated test budget: validate segments, messages, and channels at small scale before we invest at volume. • Make clear calls on what to scale, iterate, or kill – backed by data. • Build playbooks from what works so the broader team can run them, then move to the next opportunity. • Strengthen the positioning and point of view across our highest-performing product line, working closely with our content and paid teams. • Bring the voice of the customer into how we market – grounded in research, not assumptions. • Coordinate launch readiness with Product, Sales, and Operations so new products ship with go-to-market behind them. • Over time, build context on our B2B2C partner programs to support future partner launches.
