Salesforce Developer – Technical Specialist

Flourish Research

• Design, develop, and implement customized Salesforce solutions to meet the specific needs of Flourish Research. • Write, review, and execute detailed Salesforce assessments to ensure optimal performance and alignment with business objectives. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and deliver high-quality Salesforce applications. • Maintain and enhance existing Salesforce applications, ensuring seamless integration with other systems and platforms. • Perform regular system audits and prepare for upgrades to keep the Salesforce environment secure and up to date. • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for Salesforce configurations, customizations, and integrations. • Provide technical support and training to end users to maximize effective use of Salesforce. • Stay current on Salesforce features, best practices, and industry trends to continuously improve platform capabilities. • Represent Flourish Research in a professional and courteous manner in all verbal, written, and in-person interactions with staff, clients, and vendors. • Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Platform Developer, Salesforce Certified Administrator) are a plus.
  • 5+ years of experience working with Salesforce.
  • Experience writing detailed technical assessments and documentation for Salesforce.
  • Proven experience in Salesforce development and customization, including Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data models, and security.
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency with Office 365 and related computer applications.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize competing demands, and remain flexible in a fast-paced environment.
