• Test and validate Salesforce configurations, flows, and custom objects across environmental health applications • Execute test plans covering Salesforce-specific scenarios • Identify, document, and track defects in Jira • Verify integrations between Salesforce and external systems • Test environmental health workflows within the Salesforce ecosystem • Validate data integrity across Salesforce objects • Collaborate with Salesforce developers to troubleshoot issues • Participate in requirements reviews and regression testing • Contribute to improving QA processes

• Develop and execute test plans and test cases for environmental health applications • Identify, document, and track defects with clear steps to reproduce • Verify that solutions work correctly across different scenarios and edge cases • Test environmental health workflows including inspections, permits, complaints, and reporting • Collaborate with developers to troubleshoot issues and verify fixes • Bring your public health perspective to testing, anticipating how real users will interact with the system • Participate in requirements reviews to identify potential issues early • Contribute to improving QA processes and testing standards • Perform regression testing to ensure new changes don't break existing functionality

• Immerse yourself in client workflows to understand how public health staff actually do their work, with particular depth in environmental health programs • Identify pain points, inefficiencies, and opportunities that clients may not have articulated • Synthesize input from multiple stakeholders into coherent solution recommendations • Translate complex public health processes into clear user stories and acceptance criteria • Lead discovery sessions and workshops with health department staff • Serve as the voice of the client within our technical teams • Develop process flows, documentation, and visual aids that communicate the 'why' behind solutions • Challenge assumptions and push back when proposed solutions don't fit client realities

• Facilitate scrum ceremonies within the SAFe framework • Coach teams on agile methodologies and best practices • Remove impediments to team progress • Support continuous improvement through retrospectives • Maintain and improve project tracking and visibility • Foster collaboration between technical teams and public health stakeholders • Contribute public health subject matter expertise to project discussions • Create engaging remote work environments that promote team success
