• Perform routine service checks on a number of units across the site, recording and escalating findings to the field manager. • Be the face of the business, providing updates to clients around work carried out. • React to sudden breakdowns, working with both passengers and the client to provide a technical solution. • Perform minor repairs.

Job Requirements

  • Hold an NVQ level 3 in lift service, maintenance, or repair.
  • Hold a drivers license.
  • At least 24 months of experience in the elevator sector.
  • Good skills in electricity and electrical engineering.
  • A committed professional with safety as your priority.
  • Comfortable communicating to others.
  • Curious, adaptable, and able to work alone or in a team.
  • Comfortable using electronic and digital tools.

Role Description To support our growing business across the breadth of our portfolio, we are looking for a self-motivated hands-on Field Service Engineer with proven Electro/Mechanical troubleshooting abilities, ideally to be based in or around Phoenix, Arizona covering the Southwest area.
