Field Sales Representative

• Conduct regular scheduled visits to retail partner locations across your assigned territory, maintaining a consistent and professional presence. • Execute in-store merchandising standards including product placement, planogram compliance, display builds, and point-of-sale material installation. • Ensure product ranges are correctly priced, ticketed, and visually presented in line with brand guidelines at all times. • Deliver engaging and effective product training sessions to retail store staff, equipping them with the knowledge and confidence to sell our products. • Build and maintain strong relationships with store managers, department buyers, and frontline sales associates. • Actively sell to retail partners and end consumers on the shop floor, demonstrating product features and closing sales to drive revenue. • Monitor and report on competitor activity, pricing, promotional strategies, and product launches within your territory. • Assist with administrative tasks including call reporting, territory activity logs, expense submissions, and inventory tracking. • Support the coordination and execution of in-store events, product launches, and promotional campaigns. • Collaborate with internal teams including marketing, logistics, and customer service to resolve store-level issues promptly. • Provide regular territory feedback and insights to the field management team to support commercial decision-making.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in a field sales, brand ambassador, or retail sales role, ideally within consumer electronics or a related industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly at all levels.
- Demonstrated ability to influence purchasing decisions and deliver against sales targets.
- Comfortable delivering product training and presentations to groups of varying sizes.
- Highly organised with excellent time management skills and the ability to work autonomously across a territory.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace, with comfort using CRM or field reporting tools.
- Current driver's licence and own reliable vehicle (kilometre allowance provided).
- Ability to work across a Monday to Friday schedule, with occasional weekend requirements for events.
