Growth Engineer – Fintech

• Lead end-to-end growth initiatives (referrals, ambassadors, activation): design, build, launch, measure, and iterate • Design and execute A/B experiments on acquisition, activation, and retention • Build automations and custom integrations (APIs, scripts, no-code/low-code) without relying on the product roadmap • Define, instrument, and monitor key metrics: MAUs, K-factor, CAC, LTV, referral rate • Analyze funnels and identify bottlenecks and growth opportunities • Propose and maintain an independent growth roadmap, communicating results to the team

Job Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in growth engineering, product engineering, or hybrid business-technology roles
  • Proven experience designing or executing referral, affiliate, or ambassador programs
  • Strong programming skills (JavaScript, Python, or SQL) to build solutions without being fully dependent on engineering
  • Proficiency with product analytics tools (Amplitude, Mixpanel, GA4, or similar) and A/B testing
  • Knowledge of growth methodologies (AARRR, growth loops, North Star Metric)
  • Familiarity with marketing automation and no-code tools (Make, Zapier, Braze, CleverTap)
  • High autonomy and bias for action in startup/scale-up environments
  • Preferred: Experience in fintech, remittances, or financial applications
  • Experience leading growth as an individual contributor (one-person growth team)
  • Knowledge of REST APIs and BI tools
