Protheus Support Analyst, Mid-level

• Provide L1/L2 support for the NFLegal product and its internal processes. • Prepare documentation for NFLegal processes. • Recommend product configurations based on client needs. • Grant user access. • Configure digital certificates and validate synchronization. • Monitor error logs. • Configure user menus. • Advise clients on their processes and suggest parameter settings in NFLegal. • Resolve SEFAZ rejections, especially rejection 656 - exceeded request limit.

Job Requirements

  • Experience providing support for Protheus.
  • Experience with the main Protheus BKO modules, especially the Purchases module (SIGACOM).
  • Full proficiency in the Configurator module (SIGACFG).
  • Knowledge of error log analysis and processing.
  • Experience supporting electronic invoice automation systems.
  • Knowledge of SEFAZ queries and the National Distribution Web Service.
  • Experience participating in implementation projects for the Purchases module.
  • Experience implementing customizations for the purchase entry document (Purchases module).

This role is remote, but the Legal Talent Recruiter must reside in Texas or Colorado. Two years of direct Legal Recruiting experience is required for consideration. We are looking for a Legal Talent Recruiter to manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a professional candidate experience while sourcing top-tier talent to join our growing team. The recruiter will work closely with Modern Family Law Hiring managers and the Talent Acquisition department to ensure that the Firm achieves success in its recruiting efforts. This is a critical role in maintaining the firm's standards of excellence and fostering a dynamic, inclusive, and collaborative workplace. - Maintaining the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), including publishing of all job postings. - Source and recruit legal talent to fill positions in current or future firm locations under the guidance of departmental leadership. - Post and source for corporate talent as needed. - Serve as the primary point of contact for job seekers, ensuring a positive and professional candidate experience. - Develop thoughtful and professional relationships with candidates to positively represent the firm. - Recruit and source top talent in alignment with strategies outlined by the Director of People & Culture, the Legal Talent Recruiting Manager, and the Chief Executive Officer. - Review candidate applications, including resumes, cover letters, and writing samples, and exercise independent judgment to evaluate qualifications. - Conduct Zoom interviews, document observations, and identify candidates for further consideration. - Schedule and facilitate interviews between hiring managers and candidates, ensuring compliance with inclusivity standards and labor laws. - Collaborate with People & Culture team members on compensation, benefits, and offer packages. - Prepare accurate offer letters and onboarding documents for selected candidates. - Support onboarding tasks for new hires in coordination with the People & Culture Coordinator and Manager.
