Job Requirements
- Law student or Law graduate WITHOUT active OAB registration (required).
- Excel – Basic/Intermediate level;
- Moderate knowledge and use of generative AI;
- Ability to quickly learn new systems;
- Basic knowledge of labor procedure (CLT, arts. 763 et seq.) — deadlines, procedural stages, types of hearings, appeals;
- Basic understanding of expert reports (technical, medical, accounting);
- Familiarity with common procedural documents: objections, statements of agreement, legal opinions, simple pleadings;
- Ability to distinguish between types of judicial deposits (appeal deposits, enforcement/execution deposits) and withdrawals;
- Proficiency with PJe (Electronic Judicial Process), case consultation, downloading docket entries/minutes, checking hearing and expert examination dates, and verifying orders in the case file;
