Handyman Onboarding

Role Description The future is bright for the Porch Group, and we’d love you to be a part of it as a Handyman Onboarding. You will play a key role in our growth strategy, being part of the Handyman Onboarding team, in a high-volume onboarding role that will focus on calling Home Improvement Providers (handymen), telling them about Porch, building value, and getting them interested in being part of our growing platform. What You Will Do - Making outbound calls to follow up with interested prospective leads. - Making outbound cold calls to prospective professionals and consistently hitting onboarding targets. - Keeping up-to-date and accurate records in team docs and system. - Guiding Home Improvement Providers through the Porch Services registration and account activation process. - Manage a new provider through the completion of their first three jobs on our platform. Qualifications - 1+ year of dispatching experience (ie: transportation, distribution, routing). - 1+ year of customer success in a call center-type of environment. - Excellent English written & verbal skills. - Sales experience is a plus. - Experience using CRM software such as Salesforce, Genesys, Oracle, Zendesk, etc. - Workspace: A quiet space to work, an internet connection of at least 30 Mbps download | 10 Mbps upload. Requirements - Monthly Salary: COP 2,500,000.00 - Monthly incentive bonus: COP 200,000.00 target, variable based on individual performance. - You will be eligible to receive incentives, subject to program guidelines and approvals.
