Role Description Como Dynamics 365 Customer Insights Technical Consultant , serás el dueño absoluto de la arquitectura, configuración y optimización continua de Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Insights – Journeys. Tu rol/misión en la empresa incluirá: - Diseñar y gobernar estrategias de segmentación de audiencia avanzadas utilizando datos de comportamiento en tiempo real. - Orquestar y optimizar campañas multicanal automatizadas de alto impacto (Email, SMS, Push Notifications y WhatsApp). - Garantizar la excelencia técnica en la infraestructura de canales (configuración de SPF, DKIM, DMARC) y la entregabilidad de campañas. - Liderar el cumplimiento normativo implementando procesos de gestión de consentimiento y privacidad adaptados a GDPR. - Impulsar la toma de decisiones mediante el diseño de paneles de control (dashboards), KPIs de rendimiento y analítica avanzada. - Colaborar codo a codo con equipos de ventas, marketing, CRM y datos para co-crear soluciones integradas. Qualifications - Más de 8 años de trayectoria sólida en roles técnicos o de consultoría. - Experiencia profunda en la configuración y administración de Dynamics 365 Customer Insights – Journeys. - Fuerte conocimiento de Dataverse y gestión de datos de clientes. - Dominio de conceptos de entregabilidad de correo y configuraciones de seguridad (SPF, DKIM, DMARC). - Nivel de Inglés Avanzado (C1) y Español fluido (indispensable para comunicación global y con clientes regionales). - Entendimiento claro de las regulaciones de privacidad de datos de clientes (GDPR). Requirements - Experiencia práctica con Dynamics 365 Customer Insights – Data. - Conocimientos en el ecosistema Power Platform (Power Automate, Power BI, Power Apps). - Experiencia integrando soluciones de Customer Insights con CRM, ERP o plataformas de terceros a través de APIs de Azure. - Habilidades con integraciones de WhatsApp Business. - Certificaciones oficiales: Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Customer Insights o Power Platform Functional Consultant Associate. - Experiencia de trabajo en entornos ágiles (Agile) y pasión por aprender, compartir ideas y evolucionar junto al equipo.
