• Build and operate our AWS infrastructure, Kubernetes/EKS clusters, GitOps pipelines (ArgoCD/Helm), and CI/CD (TeamCity) • Write and own infrastructure-as-code across both Terraform and AWS CDK, setting reusable, well-tested, peer-reviewed patterns. • Build and enhance our security posture, including topics such as: least-privilege IAM, secrets management, vulnerability and patch management, dependency/supply-chain (SCA) and code (SAST/DAST) scanning, and shifting security left into the developer workflow. • Analyze performance and other observability metrics using tools like Datadog to assess the health of our infrastructure, spot regressions and bottlenecks, and drive improvements. • Lead a team of DevOps and Security engineers to prioritize, schedule, and implement DevOps & Security-related tasks. • Help lead the overall technical vision and strategy for all things DevOps & Security. • Discuss with and educate other team members in DevOps methodology, design, and best practices.

• Execute and oversee daily operational workflows and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for the Real Wallet program, ensuring all tasks are completed accurately and on time. • Perform a variety of manual operational tasks, including updating reports, reconciling data between different systems, and managing data transfers to maintain system integrity. • Act as a key point of contact for ensuring data alignment across various systems, flagging discrepancies, and taking corrective action as outlined in SOPs. • Assist in maintaining up-to-date program reports and dashboards • Communicate effectively and efficiently with internal teams, including product, engineering, finance and support, to address operational issues and ensure a seamless workflow. • Proactively identify and escalate potential issues or areas for improvement within existing processes • Comfortable collaborating with a manager based in the USA, maintaining clear and timely communication across time zones and aligning effectively through overlapping working hours. • Assist in the documentation and refinement of existing SOPs to improve clarity and efficiency. • Explore and implement automation scripts or tools to reduce manual effort for repetitive tasks over time.

Walk them through engineering and design review. • Partner with UX to define flows, prototype, and pressure-test designs before build. • Run launch readiness end-to-end: feature flags, staged rollouts, internal training, support enablement, and marketing partnership when needed. • Define and instrument the metrics that matter (adoption, throughput, error rates, agent satisfaction, revenue) and use them to decide what to build next. • Make tradeoff calls on ROI, regulatory risk, technical debt, and time to value. Document the rationale so leadership can review it. • Mentor junior product managers and contribute to team craft: templates, prioritization frameworks, review rituals. • Demo to stakeholders, present at staff and leadership reviews, and represent product in cross-functional forums.

The primary responsibility of this position is to support our real estate agents in the process of helping a client complete the purchase of their new home. - Remote work! Work from the convenience of your home, must be within the GTA/Barrie, ON area. - Responsible for the day-to-day support of Sales Agents. - Introducing yourself to new clients and sharing in the excitement of their soon-to-be new home. - Remind clients of deadlines and ensure they have completed necessary tasks. - Check in with the lender and keep the loan on track. - Order home warranties. - Record sales in multiple areas for our team members. - Upload all accepted offer documents to our system and save. - Create commission disbursements for agents. - Projects as assigned. - Monitoring emails and dealing with them appropriately.
