Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree with 7–10 years of relevant consulting, solution design, account management, and sales experience preferred.
- Experience working with healthcare or payer organizations — health plans, managed care organizations, or similar enterprises — strongly preferred.
- A track record of meeting or exceeding performance goals targets in a complex, multi-stakeholder sales environment.

Role Description The Regional Account Executive’s role focuses on driving revenue growth through building and maintaining relationships with direct customers, carrier representatives, and channel partners. Successful Account Executives will take the initiative to develop and implement creative sales strategies through proactive outreach, including calls, emails, virtual and in-person product demos, and strategic lead follow-ups.
