• Build and manage a growing portfolio of new accounts across industries adopting conversational AI to help ElevenLabs meet its revenue goals • Identify new business opportunities where ElevenLabs’ conversational AI capabilities can drive user engagement, automation, or cost efficiency • Build your own pipeline through proactive outbound prospecting, partnering with our SDR team to identify and engage net-new accounts • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the conversational AI landscape, including customer use cases, competitive solutions, and emerging trends • Demonstrate expertise, or a strong willingness to learn, about conversational AI and how ElevenLabs’ voice technology can unlock value across customer support, virtual agents, in-app assistants, and more

Job Requirements

  • 4-6 years of sales experience in a SaaS or technology company, ideally with exposure to AI, generative AI, LLM-based products, or API platforms
  • Experience selling technical solutions to product, engineering, or innovation teams is a strong plus
  • Proven track record of meeting & exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced environment
  • Proven track record of self-sourcing pipeline and running a disciplined outbound motion, not just closing inbound or marketing-sourced leads
  • A versatile operator who thrives on autonomy and ambiguity, takes ownership without waiting for direction, and brings competitive drive to building something from the ground up
  • Expertise or willingness to learn everything about voice and audio AI and how our solutions can help prospects
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at all levels of an organization
  • A hybrid of customer & product-driven mentality that prioritizes client satisfaction & scale
  • Bilingual (English/French) is a plus

Role Description The Regional Account Executive’s role focuses on driving revenue growth through building and maintaining relationships with direct customers, carrier representatives, and channel partners.
