• Lead front-end architecture and development for enterprise AEM Sites and Edge implementations. • Design and develop scalable AEM front-end components using HTL (Sightly), React, Angular,JavaScript, and TypeScript • Define reusable UI frameworks, enterprise design systems, component libraries, and front-end governance standards • Implement and maintain enterprise brand guidelines across websites, landing pages, microsites, and digital campaigns • Architect and manage scalable AEM Client Libraries (ClientLibs) including categories, embeds, dependencies, and proxy configurations • Drive adoption of AI-assisted development workflows using Cursor IDE, GenAI coding assistants, and automated UI code-generation tools • Lead implementation of Content Fragments, Experience Fragments, Edge Delivery Services, and headless CMS architectures • Collaborate with AEM backend developers for Sling Models, GraphQL APIs, REST APIs, and headless content delivery • Optimize Core Web Vitals, Lighthouse scores, accessibility compliance (WCAG), and overall front-end performance • Mentor development teams through code reviews, architecture discussions, UI governance, and best-practice enforcement • Collaborate with UX/UI teams to ensure pixel-perfect implementation of Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch designs • Troubleshoot complex issues related to ClientLibs, caching, CDN behavior, Edge delivery, browser compatibility, and responsive rendering

• Serve as the single technical lead and client-facing advisor across application, data, and reporting initiatives. • Assess Excel-heavy workflows, formulas, workbooks, and reporting bottlenecks to identify inefficiencies and instability. • Define migration paths from Excel-based processes to SQL, centralized reporting layers, and Power BI dashboards. • Evaluate data pipelines, ingestion processes, reporting limitations, and platform constraints and recommend architecture improvements. • Govern and lead one developer working on a live Django/JavaScript application running on Windows Server/IIS. • Migrate code from local storage into a hosted version control system and establish CI/CD practices to replace manual deployments. • Conduct comprehensive code reviews and recommend practical remediation for technical debt. • Implement structured application-level logging, monitoring dashboards, and alerting to replace basic server stat tracking. • Define and deliver SDLC governance, development standards, data retention practices, and developer onboarding documentation. • Deliver a practical roadmap with quick wins, execution priorities, and longer-term modernization opportunities. • Lead and coordinate nearshore or distributed resources, assign task-level work, and ensure delivery aligns with business priorities. • Act as an escalation point and technical translator for leadership, balancing hands-on delivery with advisory responsibilities. • Identify opportunities for automation, AI, and RPA to improve future-phase scalability.

• Apply current, standard engineering techniques, procedures and criteria to complete engineering tasks, and support other civil and structural design workflows as necessary on a case-by-case basis. • Works closely with and provides guidance to junior engineers. • Utilize advanced 2D modeling software such as HEC-RAS 2D, FLO-2D, and InfoWorks ICM to perform hydrologic and hydraulic analyses. • Conduct sediment transport analyses and scour calculations to ensure the integrity and sustainability of renewable energy projects. • Develops plans, specifications, and observation reports that are complete, accurate and in accordance with sound industry engineering practices. • Is technically involved with the resolution of design challenges that may include performing field investigation or observations and when necessary, resolving discrepancies between multiple sources of information. • Performs design and reviews of computations and calculations related to the stormwater management design of renewable projects. • Maintains a value engineering mindset throughout development, design, and construction. • Works closely with business and engineering staff across multiple markets and technical disciplines. • Works closely with clients to understand nuanced technical needs and identify the best feasible solution(s). • Supports marketing, sales and business development activities within assigned market. • Demonstrates a wide degree of out-of-the-box thinking, creativity, and design ownership.
