• Lead, coach and develop a team of Talent Partners, supporting their growth, performance and delivery • Partner with senior stakeholders to define hiring strategy, role calibration and execution across multiple teams • Own full-cycle recruiting for critical, high-impact technical roles while supporting your team on their most strategic searches • Set a high bar for recruiting excellence through coaching, structured hiring practices and consistent hiring quality • Design and continuously improve hiring processes, interview frameworks and assessment methodologies • Build and nurture high-quality talent pipelines using creative sourcing strategies and market insights • Act as a market expert, advising leaders on talent trends, compensation expectations and competitive positioning • Drive complex offer negotiations and closing strategies for senior and hard-to-close candidates • Partner closely with Talent leadership on capacity planning, hiring prioritisation and operational improvements • Contribute to employer branding and storytelling in the Web3 ecosystem
