• You will lead and own CRM projects from requirements analysis through to successful implementation • Design and configure tailored CRM solutions based on Microsoft Dynamics 365, with a focus on Dynamics 365 Sales, Customer Insights, Service, or Field Service • Coordinate the project team and external service providers • Manage projects end-to-end and apply the latest technologies to resolve technical challenges • Key account management, including identifying opportunities for further development • Actively contribute to the ongoing development of our CRM strategy and the Microsoft Dynamics 365 portfolio
Job Requirements
- Several years of experience in consulting or project management within IT, CRM, or Business Intelligence (BI), with a focus on Microsoft Dynamics CRM
- Solid knowledge and practical experience with Dynamics 365 Sales, Customer Insights, Service, or Field Service
- Strong analytical thinking and a solution-oriented, independent working style that enables you to lead projects with enthusiasm and responsibility
- Motivation to work on exciting client projects using modern technologies and to avoid routine tasks
- Team player with excellent communication skills and a service-oriented mindset
- Very good German and English language skills, both written and spoken
