Job Requirements
- 3+ years experience of engineering sourcing experience
- Proven success sourcing for Engineering roles such as backend/frontend/fullstack engineering, Data Engineering, Security Engineering, Machine Learning, Infrastructure, SRE, DevOps, and AI Engineers.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; able to represent Zip’s story and value prop to top talent.
- Highly proactive, resourceful, and solutions-oriented, thriving in ambiguity and a fast-moving startup environment.
- Detail-oriented and organized, comfortable managing multiple requisitions and competing priorities simultaneously.
- Strong experience working with ATS platforms; Ashby experience preferred.

This role will primarily focus on technical recruiting, partnering with hiring managers to attract and hire top talent across engineering and other functions. The role will also support HR functions, including onboarding, to help our growing team scale effectively. The ideal candidate has experience recruiting in startup environments, understands the nuances of building teams from the ground up, and is comfortable wearing multiple hats.
