Executive Director, Brand Partnerships
Influencer
• Responsible for revenue growth, sales, and closing new business - initially for the broader business, and later, with vertical specialism. • Lead new business opportunities from first conversation to signed deal - including RFP responses, proactive outreach, and strategic pitch development. • Drive proactive outbound strategy - mapping white space, identifying target sectors, and creating tailored approaches for key decision makers. • Conduct market and competitor research to uncover new categories, emerging trends, and whitespace opportunities for Influencer to lead in. • Build and maintain a strong personal network across brands, agencies, and platforms - attending industry events, client dinners, and entertainment opportunities to deepen relationships and position Influencer front of mind. • Balance strategic relationship-building with relentless pursuit of new business - moving fluidly between hunting and farming to create sustainable revenue growth. • Work collaboratively with Client Services, Creative Strategy, Production, and Measurement teams to deliver compelling, insight-led proposals that meet client goals. • Partner closely with Marketing to support thought leadership and outbound campaigns that drive new business. • Develop and maintain a clear understanding of the influencer and creator landscape - platforms, tools, and evolving media behaviours. • Represent the Growth function as a trusted voice across internal teams, helping to build commercial fluency across the business.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in consultative sales, business development, or client leadership within a creative agency, influencer marketing agency or platform ecosystem.
- A strong understanding of how creative, strategy, and production intersect to deliver full-funnel marketing outcomes.
- Demonstrable success in leading complex pitches, managing RFPs, and closing seven-figure+ deals.
- Commercial acumen with the ability to translate client challenges into actionable creative and strategic solutions.
- Excellent communication skills, with confidence in presenting to senior clients and internal stakeholders alike.
- Highly organised and proactive - able to balance multiple priorities and work collaboratively across teams.
