• Review, process, and oversee all types of HR documentation to ensure full legal compliance. • Draft and coordinate HR legal documents across both Polish and international entities, including complex commission and bonus schemes. • Provide legal support on labor law and employment legislation, advising internal stakeholders across the entire employee lifecycle (from hiring to termination). • Collaborate closely with HR and Finance teams to create, update, and implement internal procedures and policies • Prepare comprehensive reports, legal analyses, and summaries to support internal company decision-making

• Execute the DACH marketing plan in line with local business goals; • Work with Sales and Account Management to prioritize activities supporting pipeline, deal progression, retention, and upsell; • Track performance, and optimize activities based on results; • Manage the regional marketing budget with a focus on efficiency and ROI. • Plan and execute targeted lead-generation campaigns for defined prospect and client lists; • Create relevant touchpoints that help warm up priority accounts and support commercial conversations; • Coordinate campaigns from briefing and audience selection through execution, follow-up, and reporting. • Plan and execute owned and external events from concept to post-event follow-up; • Define clear target audiences and business objectives for each activity; • Measure event success based on account engagement, influenced opportunities, follow-up, and ROI; • Coordinate speakers, suppliers, invitations, logistics, and on-site delivery. • Work closely with the DACH Regional Business Director, Sales, Account Management, Data Analyst and Inventory teams; • Maintain regular alignment with HQ Marketing and Regional Marketing & PR teams; • Coordinate stakeholders and suppliers to deliver projects on time and within budget.

• Organize RTB House owned events, including formats such as RTB Day, client meetings, workshops, roundtables, and smaller dedicated networking events. • Coordinate RTB House participation in external industry events, including sponsorships, speaking opportunities, client/prospect invitations, logistics, and follow-up. • Manage key event workstreams, including timelines, budgets, venues, vendors, registration, invitations, event materials, agenda coordination, speakers, and on-site execution. • Ensure each event has a clear objective, target audience, follow-up plan, and measurable outcome, and summarize key results, learnings, and recommended next steps. • Support marketing activities focused on existing clients, including retention, upsell, relationship-building, and premium client engagement. • Work with Account Management teams to understand client needs and translate them into relevant marketing actions. • Support follow-up activities after events and client initiatives to help maximize business impact. • Help identify opportunities for client-facing marketing formats, such as dedicated meetings, workshops, webinars, panels, or premium client experiences. • Prepare and coordinate materials for client meetings, events, webinars, panels, and other business-facing formats. • Adapt global content and messaging to local market needs while keeping consistency with RTB House’s global positioning. • Create, coordinate, and publish local case studies that showcase client success stories and help raise RTB House’s profile in GAR markets. • Support industry award submissions and related materials, including presentations, videos. • Manage project timelines, deliverables, stakeholders, and communication across multiple markets. • Work closely with local Business Director, Account Management and Sales teams, HQ Marketing, and Regional Marketing & PR peers. • Share project updates, results, learnings, and best practices with relevant stakeholders. • Balance local market needs, stakeholder expectations, and available resources.

• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of ~8–10 strong systems and backend engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and high code quality. • Own the vision and roadmap for the platform layer of the Bidding Platform - planning its evolution with platform efficiency, reliability, scalability and security as the guiding lens. • Take part in defining the team's evolving scope — as the platform grows, we anticipate the need for multiple platform teams, leaving meaningful room to shape the scope around the areas that interest you most. • Delegate ownership of whole platform areas (e.g. monitoring, deployment, security) to senior engineers advising and supporting them when needed. • Deliver the team's capabilities as self-service platforms with clear usage contracts. • Base decisions on data - complex projects often require running experiments and gathering evidence before deciding. • Take part in IT-wide capacity planning for further platform scaling. • Own the framework for dispatching on-call alarms to the right teams and drive the continuous elimination of noisy alarms. The lead does not need to take part in the duty rotation personally.

• Shape the evolution of internal panels and tools used daily by our global business units; • Analyze current tools and systems to identify friction points, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement; • Translate internal business needs into clear specifications and coordinate their implementation with technical development teams; • Prepare and distribute clear internal updates and announcements regarding newly deployed functionalities of our systems; • Revise, maintain, and update internal technical documentation, system wiki articles, and training materials; • Handle the complete organization and deployment of training cycles for internal newcomers and global technical teams; • Coordinate tasks in the HQ Tech Support queue, providing daily operational support and validating new functionalities from a user perspective.

• Support the operational activities of the security team by monitoring IT infrastructure • Analyzing and triaging alerts generated by SIEM and EDR systems • Escalating incidents in accordance with established procedures • Analyzing malware payloads, identifying Indicators of Compromise (IoCs) • Performing behavioral analysis of users and systems to detect anomalies and unauthorized activity • Actively support the team in the area of AI-driven threat hunting by participating in proactive threat hunting using AI-based tools • Documenting findings while recommending new detection rules
