• Assist in collecting and analyzing business and functional requirements to support solution development • Document current- and future-state business processes, workflows, and system interactions • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify pain points and recommend areas for improvement • Participate in system configuration, testing, and user acceptance activities • Support the creation of user documentation, process flows, and training materials • Maintain project deliverables and assist in tracking milestones and timelines • Perform basic data analysis to support solution design and post-implementation success

Job Requirements

  • Position requires 90% travel
  • Position requires 2-4 years of experience implementing Automotive Fixed Operations (Parts & Service) software
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Basic proficiency with Microsoft Excel and process mapping tools such as Lucidchart or Visio
  • Familiarity with enterprise systems (e.g., CRM, ERP, PSA tools) is a plus
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Willingness to learn project delivery methodologies and enterprise business platforms
