Design, develop and maintain scalable, secure services and APIs in our serverless cloud environment, predominantly in Go and React • Own it end-to-end. Take domain-specific services from architectural design through to deployment, monitoring, and investigating and fixing the root causes of issues - you build it, you run it • Build with AI. Use modern AI-powered dev tools (Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot) every day to ship faster, and help set the standard for how we engineer with AI • Champion engineering excellence. Raise the bar on development workflows, testing, deployment and observability. Release small, fast and often - and keep the code simple, because the best code is the code you don't have to write • Level up the team. Mentor other engineers through code reviews, pair programming and design discussions, and help shape our engineering culture and best practice • In Your First 90 Days, You Will: Get to know the platform end-to-end and ship your first production code in your opening weeks • Take ownership of a domain-specific service, from design through to deployment and monitoring • Establish your AI-assisted engineering workflow and share what's working with the team • Start raising the bar through code reviews, pairing and design discussions

• Lead detection development: achieve full MITRE coverage, maintain low false-positive and false-negative rates. Work closely with alerts consumers (20+ teams) to keep noise low and signal high, ensuring they can act quickly without missing genuine threats. • Architect and operate detection coverage across our cloud and bare-metal environments. • Build and extend our internal D&R tools and pipelines - onboard new logs, build and automate response runbooks. • Integrate threat intelligence into detection logic and IR playbooks, tracking adversary TTPs relevant to Cloud infrastructure. • Lead incident response end-to-end: scoping, containment, root cause analysis, post-incident reviews and controlling critical action items are closed to prevent future possible incidents. • Partner with Compliance and Engineering teams to detect real threats while meeting the needs of both engineers and regulators. • Define and report on D&R metrics: MTTD, MTTR, detection coverage, false positive rates, etc. • Build and maintain Security Incident Response program: people, processes, tools. • Build tools, runbooks, and on-call processes that scale as the company grows.

• Design, develop, maintain, and support server and desktop .NET applications. • Develop and enhance applications using C#, VB.Net, ASP.Net, VBScript, WebAPI, and WCF. • Build, maintain, and optimize Microsoft Access databases using advanced VBA. • Develop, maintain, and troubleshoot SQL Server databases, T-SQL code, stored procedures, and user-defined functions. • Support Oracle databases and develop PL/SQL solutions where required. • Configure and support Microsoft Replication Services and legacy Oracle integrations. • Develop and maintain web-based applications using HTML, JSON, XML, XPath, and XSLT. • Support document generation and formatting using RTF, PDF, FOP, and FO.Net technologies. • Integrate solutions with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook. • Develop, configure, and maintain Windows Services, IIS-hosted applications, and SharePoint integrations. • Manage source control and deployment processes using Git, Azure DevOps, TFS, and Jenkins. • Develop and support SSIS solutions and file transfer integrations, including Quatrix and SFTP-related processes. • Troubleshoot complex application, database, and infrastructure issues. • Provide technical support and guidance to end users. • Maintain legacy development environments using multiple versions of Visual Studio. • Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders to deliver secure, reliable, and maintainable software solutions. • Ensure applications comply with security, quality, and operational standards.

• Own the architecture and technical direction for key product areas in a multi-tenant SaaS platform. • Work with product, design, and data/ML teams to translate business problems into simple, robust technical solutions. • Drive the evolution of our system architecture (APIs, services, data flows, auth, tenancy, integrations) as the product and customer base scale. • Build and maintain backend services and APIs (REST/GraphQL/gRPC) that power those experiences. • Deliver backend features end-to-end including data schemas and business logic. • Collaborate with UX and product to ensure responsive and delightful product experiences. • Partner with data scientists and MLOps / platform teams to embed data, ML and AI capabilities into the product. • Design APIs, data contracts, and UX flows that make ML/AI features reliable, understandable, and safe for customers. • Champion operability: monitoring, alerting, logging, and runbooks for services you own. • Lead efforts to improve performance, scalability, and resilience of critical paths (e.g., onboarding, reporting, AI-assisted workflows). • Work with security and compliance to ensure features meet requirements around authentication, authorization, data privacy, and multi-tenancy. • Participate in and help evolve on-call / incident response processes as a technical leader. • Act as a technical mentor for multiple teams, raising the bar on code quality, reviews, testing, and design. • Lead technical design reviews and cross-team architecture discussions, especially where product, data, and ML intersect. • Help define engineering standards and best practices (API design, frontend patterns, error handling, observability, testing).
