Role Description The Global Channel Sales ecosystem consisting of more than 1,000 partners and resellers is an important engine for our Go to Market strategy. This role specifically would lead the business unit’s channel sales business across some 20 partners in region with 100+ customers on this product line. This role is responsible for driving revenue and generating opportunities, across Northern/Southern Europe, Middle East and Africa, with Distribution & Channel Partners, enabling them on Precisely Software Solutions Product portfolio. You will manage our top focus channel partners and develop and execute a growth plan focusing on the Engage Suite of products. You will scan the market and recruit new partners for the Engage business and you will be operating as the primary interface to those partners. You will be responsible for generating new pipeline opportunities, managing partner funnel and driving deals to closed. - Implementation and execution of the Northern/Southern Europe, Middle East and Africa channel strategy plan consistent with company’s growth objectives. - Develop and lead strategic sales plans and revenue targets with Focus Growth Partners. - Manage Pipeline and deal flow opportunities between the Channel Partners and the Engage Revenue team. - Work with Partners to develop accurate and timely forecasts and monitoring performance against plan. - Scan the market and recruit high potential and next-generation channel partners. - Work with EMEA Distribution partners to execute a scale growth and recruit plan. - Drive account-based marketing plans and activity working collaboratively with the marketing team and promote brand, solutions and company thought leadership throughout the resellers’ portfolio. - Develop channel resellers’ capabilities and knowledge of Precisely’s products & solutions by providing briefings on services and products as well as ensuring that resellers receive regular training and enablement. - Gather market intelligence on competitors’ products and sales strategies and maintaining knowledge/expertise on all competitive products and services. - Working across Precisely teams such as engineering, channel ops, channel marketing, product management for cross group collaboration to address channel partners needs. Qualifications - Bachelors Degree (Equivalent work experience will be accepted in place of the education requirement) - 3-5 Years of experience in managing reseller partners in UK and Europe - English required - Travel is required: Yes ~30-50% Requirements - Proficiency in applying AI tools to accelerate work, improve output quality, and eliminate low-value tasks. - Comfortable using generative AI tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT) in day-to-day workflows. - Able to evaluate AI-generated outputs critically. - Open to continuously adopting new AI capabilities as they emerge.
