Given our international client base, it’s important that you’re committed to continuous professional development, as tax conditions in the international arena are constantly changing and we, as a company, naturally want to remain compliant! In this context, you’ll also have access to a network of experienced consultants. In addition, we’ll provide you with the opportunity to continuously develop your professional skills through targeted continuing education opportunities. Qualifications - Your open, reliable, and service-oriented personality. - Substantial experience in tax consulting—for example, through several years of work at a law firm, a large tax consulting firm, or in a company’s tax department. - Broad knowledge of value-added tax (VAT), with a willingness to continually expand this knowledge. - Knowledge of VAT and income tax group structures. - Strong self-management skills in meeting deadlines for filing various VAT returns and fulfilling other VAT compliance requirements in various countries. - Proficiency in using ERP systems to process VAT-related business transactions and accounting processes. - Strong teamwork skills, as well as an analytical, structured, and quality-oriented approach to thinking and working. - Very good command of German and English. - Proficiency in using various IT programs, such as Excel, Microsoft D365, etc. Requirements - Initial experience in the industry (a plus, but not a requirement). - A tax consultant certification or a degree in tax administration (a plus, but not a requirement). Benefits - Plenty of freedom to bring your creative ideas to life. - Ongoing professional and personal development opportunities in an innovative and tech-driven environment. - Comprehensive onboarding with your colleagues by your side. - Modern, well-equipped offices conveniently located at our European sites. - Remote or hybrid work with technical equipment for your home office that matches what’s available in the office. - Flexible work schedules for a healthy work-life balance. - 30 days of vacation plus the option for a “workation” within the EU. - An additional day off to volunteer as part of our Volunteer Day. - Attractive terms through our corporate benefits program for many products and services. - Unforgettable moments at our company and team events.
