• Build and manage a high-performing, revenue-generating pipeline within an assigned territory. • Leverage an existing book of business to generate a minimum of $40K in monthly gross profit, with the ability to scale further. • Sell a full suite of logistics solutions including Domestic Freight, Air Freight, Ocean Freight, Warehousing, and Customs Brokerage. • Identify new business opportunities through cold outreach, networking, referrals, and strategic account targeting. • Conduct discovery calls to understand client needs and design tailored logistics solutions. • Develop and present competitive quotes, proposals, and pricing strategies. • Negotiate contracts, close deals, and ensure smooth transition of accounts to operations and account management teams. • Maintain accurate CRM records, track pipeline activity, and produce reliable forecasts for revenue and growth. • Collaborate closely with internal operations and leadership to ensure service excellence and client retention.
• Build and manage a high-performing carrier network across major U.S. port markets • Source capacity across regions including NY/NJ, Savannah, Charleston, Norfolk, and other key ports • Evaluate carriers based on cost, service reliability, compliance, and consistency • Negotiate rates with asset-based carriers and owner-operators • Own lane-level pricing strategy for import and export container drayage moves • Develop pricing structures accounting for linehaul, chassis usage, detention, demurrage, and port-related fees • Protect and improve gross margin across all freight movements • Identify pricing inefficiencies and correct underperforming lanes or accounts • Partner with dispatch and operations to ensure pricing reflects real execution costs • Step in on high-risk or problem shipments where margin or service is at risk • Develop SOPs to reduce accessorial leakage and operational errors • Analyze trends across ports, lanes, and customer segments • Build scalable pricing frameworks to replace reactive quoting • Support leadership in improving overall network profitability • Identify gaps where pricing or procurement strategy is misaligned with market conditions
• Operate as a 1099 contractor with the freedom to build and manage your own customer base • Leverage the company’s brand recognition, technology platforms, and operational support to drive revenue and provide customers with a broad range of logistics solutions
