We are seeking a Senior Field Services Technician to support the installation, transition, and sustainment of next-generation Voice Communication Switch (VCS) systems . This role is critical to successful site preparation, system cutover, & customer acceptance, and legacy system decommissioning in operational environments. This position requires a highly skilled field technician who can operate independently, solve complex technical issues under time constraints, and work directly with customers to ensure seamless voice system transitions with minimal operational disruption. This position is remote, but requires 95% travel.
