This role will play a pivotal part in supporting various Nuclear Projects, overseeing the engineering tasks from initial planning to final design. As an Electrical Engineer 4, you'll be charged with developing complex engineering calculations and drawings, ensuring all work aligns with established regulations and criteria. Your expertise will contribute to projects of significant complexity, requiring minimal supervision and outstanding analytical skills. Initiate and develop engineering calculations and studies. Prepare detailed engineering drawings conformed to project specifications. Conduct power system analysis including load flow and relay coordination studies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives. Ensure compliance with applicable codes and design criteria. Support project planning and execution from inception to completion.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from an ABET accredited institution.
- Minimum of 7 years of post-graduation experience in electrical engineering.
- Proficient in power system analysis techniques.
- Experience with SKM, ETAP, or similar software.
- Skilled in creating electrical diagrams and specifications.
- Strong understanding of power system analysis and design.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and/or MicroStation.
- Excellent communication and technical writing abilities.
- U.S. Citizenship required; dual citizenship may be considered.
- Ability to pass and maintain a Security Clearance.
