Title: Inside Sales Consultant Location: Mexicali, Baja California Department: 1840 & Company – LATAM Job Description: Mexicali, Baja California 1840 & Company – LATAM / Full-Time / Remote We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Consultant to join our growing motorcoach company. This role is responsible for following up on inbound leads / existing quotes, gathering feedback on open quotes, and converting inquiries into confirmed reservations. The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator, highly organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. This position plays a critical role in driving revenue and delivering an exceptional customer experience from first contact to booking. Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST Key Responsibilities: - Lead / Quote Follow-Up & Conversion - Follow up on existing quotes at pre-determined times - Engage prospects to understand trip details, needs, and decision timelines - Convert qualified leads into booked reservations - Customer Relationship Management - Build rapport with schools, corporate clients, tour groups, and private customers - Maintain consistent communication throughout the sales cycle - Provide professional, friendly, and knowledgeable service - Objection Handling & Closing - Address customer questions regarding pricing, availability, and safety - Reinforce company value propositions (safety record, reliability, service quality) - Proactively close sales and secure deposits - Lead Management & CRM Tracking - Maintain accurate records of all interactions in CRM system - Track lead status, follow-ups, and conversion outcomes - Ensure no opportunities fall through the cracks - Feedback Collection & Continuous Improvement - Gather feedback from lost or inactive leads - Identify trends in objections or lost business - Provide insights to management to improve pricing, service, and sales strategy Qualifications: - 2+ years of inside sales, customer service, or call center experience - Strong phone presence and written communication skills - Excellent organizational and time management abilities - Comfortable using CRM systems and sales tools - Ability to handle multiple inquiries and prioritize effectively - Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): - Outbound calls made on time - Conversion rates - Contact rate - Quote to Reservation - Quote to Re-Quote - Follow-up completion rate - Customer satisfaction scores $9 - $10 an hour About 1840 & Company 1840 & Company is a global leader in Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) and remote talent solutions, dedicated to propelling businesses forward through our comprehensive suite of services. • Perform remote and on-site tech support of hardware, software and network issues for various clients • Design and implement network and server solutions to fulfill clients' business requirements • Proactively monitor ticketing system to ensure timely resolution of client tech support issues • Keep customers informed of incident progress, notify them of upcoming changes or outages • Follow change management procedure for all changes to client environments while striving to maintain industry Best Practices within all client sites • Discuss solutions/incidents/requests with a diverse group of technical personnel, managers, and executives • Access industry resources including product documentation, knowledge base articles, FAQs, and online resources to aid in incident resolutions • Assist technical support team members with any issues needing help or escalation • Strive to understand and improve IT infrastructure and help build standards to improve client reliability and maintainability • Work with assigned project leads and project managers, working assigned tasks and within defined project scope and milestones to ensure the successful deployment of projects for our clients • Assist the project management team with creating IT proposals and plans • Professionally document all work performed and submit accurate timesheets • Leverage front-line client experience to identify sales opportunities • Work with sales to create proposals for clients for new equipment or services • Perform additional duties as directed by management in relation to your area of expertise
