• Support inventory management, forecasting, and supply chain planning, including MRP, production scheduling, and monthly updates. • Monitor reconciliations, inventory counts, and adjustments across multiple warehouses in Canada and the U.S. • Assist in defining and tracking departmental KPIs to ensure inventory and supply chain efficiency. • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing Communications to align production plans with demand forecasts. • Assist with assembly operations, coordinating with manufacturing partners to resolve production, inventory, or quality issues. • Participate in monthly production planning meetings with assembly partners (e.g., Unique Global) and provide status updates. • Support purchase orders, vendor quotes, work orders, and raw material approvals, ensuring cost efficiency and timely delivery. • Build and maintain relationships with suppliers, monitoring performance and holding vendors accountable for deliverables. • Partner with Accounting to reconcile MCOG accounts and support financial reporting related to supply chain operations. • Collaborate with Quality Assurance to support the product realization process, investigate product issues, and implement corrective and preventative actions.
Job Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in supply chain, inventory management, or operations analysis, preferably in CPG or regulated industries.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in forecasting, MRP systems, and production planning.
- Knowledge of inventory control, purchasing, and assembly operations.
- Familiarity with quality management systems and regulatory requirements (ISO 13485, FDA, Health Canada).
- Experience working with ERP systems (NetSuite or similar) and Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP).
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across departments and with external suppliers.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Role Description As a Supply Technician Support, you will help manage inventory, track equipment and repair parts, and support the full lifecycle of material handling.
