Requirements - Provide day-to-day administrative support to the construction team, including organising documents, coordinating information, and assisting with general office tasks. - Collect, review, and organise supplier, contractor, and site dockets to ensure records are accurate and complete. - File and maintain construction documentation, including dockets, invoices, timesheets, and project-related paperwork. - Track billable hours, labour records, and project-related costs, ensuring information is accurately recorded and allocated. - Match billable hours and supporting documentation against invoices to assist with accurate billing and cost tracking. - Perform data entry tasks, including updating spreadsheets, entering project information, and maintaining internal records. - Assist with maintaining organised digital and physical filing systems to support efficient project administration. - Liaise with internal teams, contractors, and suppliers to collect information and ensure administrative processes run smoothly.
