We are currently recruiting an Investment Support Representative to join our Investment Support team on a 12-month full-time contract. This is an excellent opportunity to build specialized investment operations experience while contributing to a team that plays a critical role in supporting our members and advisors. Reporting to the Manager, Investment Support and Administration, in this role you will play an important behind-the-scenes role in helping Kindred members achieve their financial goals. As part of our Investment Support team, you'll provide administrative expertise that ensures registered and non-registered investment transactions are completed accurately, efficiently, and in compliance with regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities: - Process registered and non-registered investment transactions, including GIC renewals, transfers, RRIF conversions, and other member requests. - Provide administrative support and guidance to Retail and Wealth colleagues on investment products and registered plans. - Review reports, validate information, and ensure transactions are completed accurately and within service standards. - Investigate and resolve inquiries while delivering outstanding internal member service. - Build expertise across a variety of registered plans including RRSPs, TFSAs, RESPs, RDSPs, FHSAs, and Group RSPs. - Contribute to continuous improvement by sharing knowledge, supporting teammates, and maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements. Qualifications - Some post-secondary education in business, finance, or a related field. - 2-3 years of experience in financial services or an administrative role where accuracy, service, and attention to detail were essential. - Knowledge of registered and non-registered investment products is an asset; we'll help you continue building your expertise. Requirements - Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy. - Dependable and collaborative team player. - Clear communication skills to support others in delivering a seamless experience. - Service-oriented mindset with pride in providing trustworthy support. We are currently recruiting a Manager, Investment Administration and Support to join our Investment Support team on a 16-month contract. Reporting to the Director, Wealth, you will lead a highly skilled team responsible for delivering centralized investment and estate administration services across Kindred. Your focus will be creating an engaged, high-performing team while leading process improvements, strengthening partnerships across the organization, and ensuring exceptional service for our members and internal teams. Key responsibilities: - Lead, coach and develop a high-performing Investment Support team, creating an environment of trust, collaboration, continuous learning and exceptional service. - Oversee the regular operations of the team, including but not limited to: - Estate administration - Centralized administration for registered and non-registered investments - Group RSP plans - Kindred Investment Shares - Monthly and year-end tax reporting - Internal support - Plan, prioritize and lead departmental initiatives relating to process improvement, digitization, development of workflows, and other initiatives. - Collaborate cross functionally to support ongoing operations and future growth, partnering to create joint solutions that serve the wider needs of Kindred. Qualifications - Leadership experience in financial services, wealth management, banking, or a related operational environment. - Experience leading teams through change, process improvements or operational initiatives. - Experience within wealth management, investment administration or estate administration is ideal. - Strong collaboration, communication and relationship-building skills. - Demonstrated ability to coach, develop and engage employees.
