Role Description Le titulaire du poste assure des services de conseil, d'étude et d'analyse (en droit de la concurrence et droit européen) pour les interventions du groupe CDC essentiellement sur les questions suivantes : - Les problématiques des aides d'état - Le contrôle et la notification des opérations de concentration - Les éventuelles problématiques de pratiques anticoncurrentielles Le titulaire de poste pourra aussi assister les directions opérationnelles et les filiales du groupe sur : - Les problématiques de droit commercial et de droit européen des affaires (en particulier les règles relatives à la liberté de circulation des marchandises, la libre prestation de services, le droit d'établissement, les règles relatives aux financements européens) - Les questions de droit institutionnel européen (hiérarchie des normes, applicabilité des directives, etc.) - La veille juridique sur l’ensemble de ces sujets Ces missions reflètent l’essentiel de l’activité à ce jour mais sont susceptibles d’ajustements au regard des évolutions futures de la direction. Vous pourrez, par exemple, participer à des projets transversaux liés à votre activité.
