Required Qualifications: - Members of Maryland, District of Columbia, Delaware, or Virginia bar preferred. - Minimum of two (2) years of Corporate Transactional experience. - Banking Loan experience a plus. - Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school. - The ideal candidate should have excellent legal writing skills and strong attention to detail. - Ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously under tight deadlines. In this role, you will primarily focus on contacting clients to collect payments and provide excellent customer service.
