Role Description We are seeking a highly capable, mid-level analytics professional to support data-driven decision-making across our marketing, retail, and digital platform teams. This role sits between junior and senior levels: you’re expected to operate independently, manage ambiguity, and deliver insights with minimal oversight—while still collaborating closely with leadership on priorities and direction. You’ll play a key role in shaping how we understand customer behavior across our ecommerce platform and newly launched app, bringing clarity to increasingly complex user journeys and attribution challenges. Key Responsibilities - Partner with stakeholders across Marketing, Retail, and Website Platform teams to define, scope, and deliver actionable analytics - Analyze performance across marketing channels, with a strong focus on multi-touch attribution and ROI measurement - Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting in visualization tools (Omni, Looker, Tableau) - Write complex SQL queries to extract, transform, and analyze large datasets (Snowflake, DBT) - Evaluate and improve ecommerce and app conversion funnels, identifying opportunities for growth and optimization including the support of A/B testing - Translate ambiguous business questions into structured analytical approaches and clear insights - Proactively identify trends, issues, and opportunities within customer and behavioral data - Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure data consistency and alignment across reporting surfaces Qualifications - Strong proficiency in SQL and Excel - Hands-on experience with at least one visualization tool (Omni, Looker, or Tableau) - Experience with digital analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or Heap) - Demonstrated ability to independently manage analytics projects from scoping through delivery - Experience working directly with business stakeholders and translating needs into analytical outputs - Solid understanding of marketing analytics, including channel performance and attribution concepts - Familiarity with website analytics and conversion funnel analysis Preferred Qualifications - Experience in Ecommerce Analytics and/or Subscription Retention Analytics - Specific experience with Media Mix Modeling a plus - Proficient in modern data stack tools (e.g., Snowflake, DBT, Heap) - Python or R for data analysis - Version control experience (e.g., GitHub) - Exposure to app analytics and cross-platform user behavior tracking - Understanding of tag management platforms (e.g., Segment, Google Tag Manager, Adobe Experience Platform Tags) What We’re Looking For - A self-starter who can operate effectively with limited direction but knows when to seek alignment - Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to bring structure to ambiguous questions - Clear and effective communicator who can present insights to both technical and non-technical audiences - Deep curiosity about customer behavior and business performance - Ability to balance speed with accuracy in a fast-moving environment Why This Role Matters As our data ecosystem grows—especially with the addition of our new app—you’ll be instrumental in helping the business understand and act on increasingly complex customer journeys.
