• Perform Installation and maintenance service work on Power Transformers and/or AIS circuit breakers & disconnectors and/or GIS switchgear in the high and medium voltage range. • Install the latest high-voltage technology and keep proven technology running. • Oversee the installation, commissioning and testing of both AIS & GIS systems, ensuring all activities align strictly with project specifications and manufacturer’ operational procedures and instructions. • Act as the primary point of contact for customers regarding HV switching coordination and power control, contribute to site-specific maintenance planning. • Lead daily "Safety Moments" and communicate the test plan to all stakeholders every morning to ensure a zero-harm environment. • Manage site progress through rigorous time management, providing daily reports to stakeholders and regular progress updates to Line manager and Project Manager. • Proactively identify and highlight potential additional costs or deviations to prevent overspend and support claims for project changes. • In collaboration with the Service Manager, ensure all testing, measuring, and electrical safety equipment is calibrated, certified, and fit for purpose.
• Coordinating and managing the final quality of assigned translations to ensure a high quality standard • Running language assets, e.g. translation memories, terminology and style guides • Performing occasional linguistic tasks including initial translation, revision, client feedback implementation • Performing quality checks on clinical translations (ICFs, protocols, IBs, patient diaries, etc.) • Developing and maintaining terminology and style guides for the language • Ensuring Simplified Chinese translation memories are updated • Setting and executing linguistic quality assurance process for the assigned language globally as required • Using CAT technology to monitor quality of outsourced language translations and external suppliers • Analyzing language quality issues and working on any quality improvement plans with the project management team
• Assist in assembling and submitting permit packages for local, state, and utility authorities; • Organize and maintain permit records, tracking submittals, approvals, expiration dates, and jurisdictional contacts; • Monitor permit statuses using Smartsheet, Excel, and other permit tracking tools; • Gather required documentation such as maps, forms, engineering prints, and photos to support accurate permit submissions; • Communicate with permitting agencies and pole owners to confirm receipt and status of applications and resolve missing information; • Collaborate internally with Permit Specialists, OSP Engineers, and Project Managers to align permitting timelines with project goals; • Provide regular updates to project teams regarding permit progress and potential delays; • Assist with follow-ups and resubmissions as needed to maintain project momentum.
