Role Description We are looking for a Senior IT Recruiter (Freelancer) who can quickly take ownership of open technical roles and deliver qualified candidates in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and comfortable managing multiple candidates through the hiring process while maintaining a strong focus on quality. - Create and manage job postings on Indeed and other recruiting platforms. - Source candidates for door-to-door sales and installer positions. - Screen resumes and conduct phone/video interviews. - Evaluate candidates using established hiring criteria. - Coordinate interviews with hiring managers when applicable. - Maintain consistent communication with candidates throughout the hiring process. - Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for ongoing hiring needs. - Track recruiting metrics and hiring progress. - Ensure a positive candidate experience from initial contact through onboarding. Qualifications - Previous recruiting or talent acquisition experience preferred. - Proven experience recruiting candidates for U.S.-based positions. - Experience recruiting international candidates for employment opportunities in the United States is highly preferred. - Familiarity with Indeed and online recruiting platforms. - Strong interviewing and candidate evaluation skills. - Excellent communication and organizational abilities. - Ability to manage multiple openings simultaneously. - Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
