Role Description We are looking for a Senior IT Recruiter (Freelancer) who can quickly take ownership of open technical roles and deliver qualified candidates in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is hands-on, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision. - Manage the full-cycle recruitment process (end-to-end) for assigned technical roles - Collaborate closely with hiring managers and the Delivery Manager to understand role requirements and priorities - Proactively source and engage candidates via LinkedIn and other relevant channels - Conduct HR screenings and shortlist qualified candidates - Present shortlisted candidates to the Delivery Manager for client submission and further discussions - Coordinate interview scheduling and ensure a smooth process between candidates and internal stakeholders - Ensure a strong candidate experience throughout the recruitment process - Maintain an organized pipeline and provide regular recruitment updates to the Delivery Manager Qualifications - 4+ years of experience in IT recruitment - Proven track record of delivering candidates quickly for technical roles - Strong understanding of IT profiles (e.g., software development, DevOps, QA, Data, etc.) - Excellent sourcing and stakeholder management skills - Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines - Professional level of English Requirements - Freelance / Contract-based collaboration - Flexible schedule, results-oriented - Immediate availability preferred Benefits - We build more than careers, we build communities of purpose. - We offer meaningful work, genuine collaboration, and the confidence that you’ll never walk alone. - Discover the power of teams with us!
