Role Description We’re looking for a hard-working and friendly Business Development Representative with fantastic interpersonal skills, relationship-building, and attention to detail. In this role, you will be responsible for: - Prospecting, qualifying leads, and securing partnerships to close new partnerships. - Building relationships with potential clients and generating new sales opportunities. This role is fully remote, but you must be based in the United States. Key Responsibilities - Research & Prospecting: Identify, research, and reach out to potential customers, engaging with prospects to understand their needs and qualify them as potential customers. - Outbound Outreach: Develop and execute personalized outreach strategies to connect with key decision-makers. - Pipeline Management: Maintain and update CRM records with lead activity, interactions, and progress. - Collaboration: Work closely with sales and marketing teams to align outreach efforts and optimize lead conversion. - Relationship Building: Conduct follow-ups with prospects to nurture relationships and move them through the sales funnel. - Market Insights: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activity, and customer pain points to tailor sales messaging effectively. - Perform ad hoc administrative, business operations, and special project tasks as needed. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field. - 1-3+ years of sales or business development experience. - Skilled in relationship-building, negotiation, and closing. - Excellent time management and follow-up skills. - Strong work ethic and professional demeanor.
