The ICAM Test Engineer will play a critical role in ensuring the security and integrity of Identity, Credential, and Access Management (ICAM) systems by proactively identifying vulnerabilities prior to release and supporting ongoing security operations. Responsibilities include: - Proactively test new enhancements, features, and system integrations for security vulnerabilities prior to production release. - Plan, conduct, and document authorized penetration tests and simulated cyberattacks against ICAM systems and related infrastructure to identify exploitable vulnerabilities. - Analyze and prioritize identified vulnerabilities, providing detailed findings and remediation recommendations to development and engineering teams. - Manage and maintain security tooling used for vulnerability scanning, penetration testing, and monitoring activities. - Monitor system logs and security event data to detect anomalous behavior, potential threats, or indicators of compromise. - Support incident response activities, including investigation, containment, eradication, and post-incident analysis. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, architects, and system administrators to integrate security best practices throughout the software development lifecycle (SDLC). - Develop and maintain test plans, test cases, and supporting documentation for security testing activities. - Provide written reports and briefings summarizing security assessment findings, risk posture, and recommended mitigations. - Stay current with emerging threats, attack techniques, and industry best practices relevant to ICAM environments. Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field from an accredited college or university. - 3+ years of experience in cybersecurity, security testing, penetration testing, or a related discipline. - Active Secret Clearance. Requirements - Demonstrated experience conducting authorized penetration testing and vulnerability assessments against enterprise systems and applications. - Proficiency in managing and operating security tools such as vulnerability scanners, SIEM platforms, and penetration testing frameworks (e.g., Metasploit, Burp Suite, Nmap, or similar). - Experience analyzing and triaging vulnerability findings, including CVSS scoring and risk prioritization. - Ability to monitor, review, and interpret system and security logs to identify potential threats or security incidents. - Experience supporting incident response activities including detection, investigation, and remediation. - Solid understanding of Identity, Credential, and Access Management (ICAM) concepts, frameworks, and technologies. - Strong understanding of common attack vectors, threat modeling, and adversarial tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs). - Ability to produce clear and concise written security assessment reports, test plans, and technical documentation. - Exceptional communication skills in English — both written and oral — with the ability to convey technical findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a cross-functional team environment. - Active Secret Clearance. Role Description We are looking for an experienced QA Engineer (Automation + Manual) with a strong balance of automation and manual testing expertise. This role focuses on ensuring the quality, stability, and performance of our SaaS-based HRMS platform. The ideal candidate will take ownership of QA activities, build reliable automation solutions, and actively collaborate with development and product teams in an Agile environment. - Design, develop, and maintain automation test scripts using Java, Selenium WebDriver, and/or Playwright. - Actively perform manual testing including functional, regression, integration, and exploratory testing. - Create and execute test plans, test cases, and test scenarios for web-based applications. - Identify, log, and track defects; work closely with developers to ensure timely resolution. - Integrate automation tests into CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins or GitHub Actions. - Perform cross-browser and cross-platform testing using BrowserStack or similar tools. - Conduct API testing using Postman, RestAssured, or equivalent tools. - Support performance and load testing activities using JMeter or similar tools (good to have). - Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives. - Maintain QA documentation, test reports, and quality metrics. - Mentor junior QA team members and promote QA best practices. Qualifications - 6+ years of overall experience in Software Quality Assurance. - 3+ years of hands-on experience in automation testing using Selenium with Java. - Strong manual testing experience with a clear understanding of QA fundamentals. - Proficiency in Java with good knowledge of OOP concepts. - Experience with testing frameworks such as TestNG, JUnit, and Cucumber (BDD). - Familiarity with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Git, Docker). - Hands-on experience in API testing. - Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments. - Strong analytical, communication, and collaboration skills.

• Develop, Qualify, and Improve manufacturing processes • Define global process standards and equipment standards and deploy them across the Aero Alliance factories, partnering with local factory technical leaders • Define, control, communicate global processes for manufacturing assets • Validate engineering specifications and shop floor application of new processes • Partner with channels on the development of new repair processes and qualifications • Develop and implement reliability improvement strategies using industry best practices • Collaborate with maintenance, operations, engineering, and safety teams to design and implement preventive and predictive programs • Drive continuous improvement initiatives aimed at reducing equipment downtime and improve quality processes • Lead investigations into failures and chronic issues, identifying root causes and implementing robust corrective actions • Provide technical support for asset management, including equipment life cycle analysis and spare parts optimization • Train local factory manufacturing engineers

• Drive the end-to-end implementation of the BiQ Playbook within warehouse operations. • Translate strategic quality requirements into clear, executable standard work for logistics and inventory teams to ensure process consistency. • Lead the deployment of the 15 core elements of the BiQ Playbook across all assigned warehouses. • Conduct regular quality audits to verify compliance with internal standards and the BiQ framework. • Establish and oversee critical Quality Gates within the material flow. • Manage the triage and investigation of Non-Conformances (NCRs) within the assigned value streams. • Partner with cross-functional warehouse teams to reduce scrap and rework. • Act as a technical quality coach on the shop floor. • Analyze quality trends and performance metrics to identify systemic risks.
