Job Description

Regional Partner Sales Manager

Enfuce

• Identify and secure strategic partners that accelerate growth across our priority regions and verticals. • Develop regional partnership strategies that support Enfuce's expansion into new European markets. • Lead outbound partner development from research and qualification through to signed agreement. • Craft compelling partner propositions that support co-sell, integration and referral models. • Collaborate cross-functionally to launch joint go-to-market initiatives. • Build relationships with regional ecosystem players, consultancies and market influencers. • Maintain a healthy pipeline of prospects and track commercial impact. • Negotiate partnership agreements that create long-term value for both parties.

Job Requirements

  • Experience closing strategic partnerships in fintech, payments or embedded finance.
  • Strong understanding of card issuing, scheme dynamics and issuer infrastructure.
  • Confidence navigating complex commercial, legal and compliance discussions.
  • Commercial instinct with a proactive hunter mindset.
  • Ability to build credibility with senior stakeholders across financial services and technology.
  • Fluent English plus at least one additional European language.
  • Spanish, Italian or Polish, and strong regional networks across Iberia, Southern Europe or Central & Eastern Europe are highly desirable.
