• Supporting Onboarding Delivery: Serve as the technical counterpart to the Project Manager, owning the delivery of configuration-related tasks across card programme setup (e.g., picking up configuration tickets, following the onboarding checklist, and confirming readiness criteria are met before go-live). • Translate customer requirements into concrete configuration actions and ensure the system is set up accordingly (e.g., BIN settings, product parameters, file formats, and custom features). • Work closely with Project Managers and product/tech teams to ensure that all configuration dependencies are understood, tracked, and delivered. • Gain exposure to deployment and environment-level troubleshooting by shadowing or assisting engineering during configuration-related deployments (e.g., observing how a config change is pushed, understanding rollback processes), building the foundation for broader DevOps fluency expected at senior level. • Prepare and validate customer setups ahead of production launch (e.g., running test transactions, verifying BIN parameters, and confirming product settings match the customer’s requirements). • Support troubleshooting across APIs, logs, and configuration layers (e.g., reading Sumologic logs to identify error patterns, testing API calls in Postman, and escalating to engineering with a clear, reproducible description of the issue). • Supporting our customers: Act as the first point of technical contact for configuration, transaction, and system-level queries, working alongside the Project Manager who leads the broader customer relationship and onboarding narrative. • Support customer queries related to their configuration, transactions, and system interactions (e.g., explaining why a transaction was declined based on spend controls, helping a customer understand their file format, or clarifying how a 3DS flow works in practice). • Escalate and manage technical issues as needed, liaising with engineering and support teams (e.g., opening a ticket when a configuration change isn’t taking effect, following up until resolved, and keeping the customer informed throughout). • Assist in customer meetings and workshops when deeper configuration or technical input is required. • Participate in migration-related tasks when assigned (e.g., supporting data mapping or validation during a balance/card migration), building familiarity with end-to-end migration mechanics ahead of independently leading these at senior level. • Improving our onboarding and delivery: Participate in root cause analysis sessions for production incidents, helping feed findings into internal knowledge bases and improvements. • Maintain accurate documentation of configurations, changes, and customer-specific logic to ensure continuity (e.g., updating the customer setup template after every change, noting exceptions that differ from the standard setup). • Share feedback with product teams based on onboarding experience (e.g., flagging when a customer repeatedly asks the same question about a feature, or when a configuration step is unclear and could be improved in tooling).
• Support the CCO and CMO in developing and executing revenue strategy, including forecasting, territory design, pipeline management and annual planning. • Define and monitor key metrics (ARR, MRR, pipeline coverage, churn, expansion) to ensure growth targets are met. • Drive CRM data accuracy, timely and actionable. • Equip sales with the right tooling, collateral and insights to drive conversion improvements. • Track KPI’s, cac, win rate, pipeline coverage and upsell (product utilisation) to the existing portfolio. • Identify time sensitivity in the pipeline and focus on how we improve stagnation. • Streamline and align sales, marketing, and customer success processes for consistency and efficiency. • Implement playbooks, workflows, and enablement practices to reduce friction across the customer journey. • Own and optimise CRM (HubSpot/Salesforce or equivalent), sales engagement, and analytics tools. • Ensure data quality and integrity across systems to support accurate forecasting and decision-making. • Build dashboards and reports to track pipeline health, conversion rates, campaign effectiveness, and customer lifecycle metrics. • Deliver insights and recommendations to leadership to improve GTM execution. • Act as the operational partner to Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success leads.
• Design, build, and maintain scalable MLOps infrastructure for machine learning and Generative AI applications. • Develop automated training, validation, testing, deployment, and CI/CD pipelines for machine learning models. • Implement experiment tracking, model versioning, model registries, and artifact management using MLOps best practices. • Build and maintain workflow orchestration, feature engineering, and data processing pipelines. • Monitor production ML systems, including model performance, data quality, drift detection, latency, and overall system health. • Manage the end-to-end model lifecycle, including retraining, rollback, reproducibility, governance, and auditability. • Containerize ML workloads with Docker and deploy scalable services using cloud-native technologies and orchestration platforms. • Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) for AI platforms and cloud resources. • Collaborate with Data Scientists and software engineers to productionize, optimize, and scale machine learning solutions. • Evaluate and implement new MLOps tools, frameworks, and best practices, including support for LLM and agentic AI applications.

• Drive the test strategy for your product area, owning both functional and non-functional quality outcomes. • Design, build, and maintain automated test suites (Robot Framework, Python, and other languages) integrated into our CI/CD pipelines (GitLab CI). • Own the integration testing layer end-to-end. From test design through execution, defect resolution, and coverage improvement. • Test REST APIs thoroughly: contract validation, error paths, authentication and authorisation boundaries, schema compliance, and performance edge cases. • Monitor and analyse automated test results, ensuring timely feedback to development teams and minimising false positives. • Own defect reporting and management, tracking issues through to resolution and verifying fixes. • Act as the quality point of contact for your area, managing test risk and maintaining recovery plans for release-critical scenarios. • Lead root cause analysis on defect escapes and drive changes to prevent recurrence. • Identify opportunities to remove waste, improve shift-left practices, and continuously evolve tools and testing approaches. • Coach developers and junior QE engineers in testing techniques and quality mindset. • Participate in hiring and onboarding to build a strong QA community at Enfuce. • Represent Enfuce QA to internal stakeholders and customers when needed.
• Manage and grow customer relationships • Own a portfolio of customer accounts, acting as the primary point of contact for strategic and operational matters. • Build trusted relationships with key stakeholders across customer organisations, from operational teams through to senior decision-makers. • Lead regular business reviews, programme discussions and growth conversations that strengthen long-term partnerships. • Drive customer success and commercial growth • Identify opportunities to expand customer programmes, increase product adoption and support commercial growth initiatives. • Partner with internal teams to ensure customers are successfully onboarded, supported and positioned for long-term success. • Monitor customer health, engagement and programme performance, proactively identifying risks and opportunities. • Coordinate cross-functional delivery • Act as the bridge between customers and internal teams including Product, Operations, Compliance, Risk and Commercial. • Support the delivery of customer projects, product enhancements and programme changes. • Help customers navigate scheme requirements, operational processes and regulatory considerations where appropriate. • Provide strategic account management • Develop account plans that align customer objectives with Enfuce's capabilities and growth strategy. • Maintain a strong understanding of customer priorities, industry trends and competitive developments. • Represent the voice of the customer internally and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• You'll take ownership of the systems, programmes and content that help our commercial teams perform at their best. This includes: • Building and maintaining sales enablement assets including presentations, one-pagers, battlecards, talk tracks, objection handling guides and RFP content. • Creating a structured Commercial Academy to support onboarding, training and ongoing development for Business Development Managers, Customer Success Managers and Partners. • Establishing feedback loops with commercial teams to understand what content is working, what's missing and where improvements are needed. • Ensuring commercial content is organised, accessible and easy to find. • Measuring adoption and effectiveness through training completion, asset usage and sales feedback. • Joining customer and prospect conversations to understand buyer challenges, objections and decision-making criteria. • Building scalable enablement systems that help commercial teams access knowledge quickly and confidently. • Alongside enablement, you'll contribute to broader Product Marketing activities as priorities evolve. • Own the end-to-end management of Visa and Mastercard scheme notifications, releases and compliance requirements, ensuring changes are assessed, prioritised and implemented within mandated timelines. • Monitor, analyse and interpret scheme publications, translating complex technical and regulatory content into actionable business requirements for Product, Technology, Compliance and Operations teams. • Establish and own Enfuce’s scheme compliance framework, including governance processes, controls and ways of working that ensure ongoing alignment with card scheme obligations as the business continues to scale. • Coordinate cross-functional implementation activities, ensuring stakeholders understand their responsibilities, remain accountable for delivery and maintain visibility of key milestones, risks and deadlines. • Act as the primary liaison between Enfuce and the card schemes for scheme-related compliance matters, building effective relationships and ensuring clear communication of requirements and expectations. • Present scheme-driven topics, risks and decisions through appropriate governance forums, including the Risk and Compliance Committee, helping senior stakeholders make informed decisions. • Identify opportunities arising from scheme changes that could benefit Enfuce or its customers, proactively partnering with Product teams to drive awareness, engagement and implementation. • Maintain comprehensive documentation, reporting and implementation tracking, providing regular updates, risk assessments and compliance status reporting to senior leadership. • Explore opportunities to utilise AI, automation and improved tooling to streamline the monitoring, triage and management of scheme mandates and compliance activities.
