• Own the end-to-end management of Visa and Mastercard scheme notifications, releases and compliance requirements, ensuring changes are assessed, prioritised and implemented within mandated timelines. • Monitor, analyse and interpret scheme publications, translating complex technical and regulatory content into actionable business requirements for Product, Technology, Compliance and Operations teams. • Establish and own Enfuce’s scheme compliance framework, including governance processes, controls and ways of working that ensure ongoing alignment with card scheme obligations as the business continues to scale. • Coordinate cross-functional implementation activities, ensuring stakeholders understand their responsibilities, remain accountable for delivery and maintain visibility of key milestones, risks and deadlines. • Act as the primary liaison between Enfuce and the card schemes for scheme-related compliance matters, building effective relationships and ensuring clear communication of requirements and expectations. • Present scheme-driven topics, risks and decisions through appropriate governance forums, including the Risk and Compliance Committee, helping senior stakeholders make informed decisions. • Identify opportunities arising from scheme changes that could benefit Enfuce or its customers, proactively partnering with Product teams to drive awareness, engagement and implementation. • Maintain comprehensive documentation, reporting and implementation tracking, providing regular updates, risk assessments and compliance status reporting to senior leadership. • Explore opportunities to utilise AI, automation and improved tooling to streamline the monitoring, triage and management of scheme mandates and compliance activities.
• Own and execute daily safeguarding and reconciliation processes across multiple currencies, ensuring customer funds remain fully safeguarded and aligned with regulatory requirements at all times. • Perform daily reconciliations across customer balances, ledger systems, safeguarding accounts and operational payment flows. • Investigate discrepancies, resolve reconciliation breaks and escalate operational or financial risks where appropriate. • Support and execute daily scheme settlement activities across Visa and other payment schemes, ensuring settlement funding and transfers are completed accurately and within strict operational cut-off timelines. • Monitor customer prefunding balances and liquidity requirements, proactively identifying funding gaps, supporting forecasting activities and communicating operational requirements clearly to customers and internal stakeholders. • Support incident management and control processes by identifying safeguarding breaches, investigating root causes, documenting corrective actions and contributing to the ongoing strengthening of the wider control environment. • Contribute to audit readiness, governance activities and finance process improvement initiatives, while helping the team continue building scalable, automation-led and operationally resilient finance operations.
• Support the accurate and timely delivery of monthly financial reporting processes, including journal preparation and posting, balance sheet reconciliations, accruals and prepayments, intercompany reconciliations, variance analysis and fixed asset accounting support. • Help ensure the completeness and accuracy of financial records while supporting timely month-end close processes. • Perform daily, weekly and monthly reconciliations across bank accounts, payment providers, operational systems and ledger balances. • Investigate discrepancies, resolve reconciliation breaks, maintain audit trails and support the strengthening of financial controls, documentation standards and process governance. • Support operational finance activities including supplier invoice processing, payment preparation, expense reviews, employee reimbursements and vendor reconciliations. • Ensure coding accuracy, approval compliance, timely payment execution and accurate record keeping across finance operations. • Support internal and external audit processes by preparing supporting documentation, maintaining reconciliation evidence and responding to audit requests. • Contribute to maintaining a strong control environment aligned with regulatory expectations, internal policies and future control framework maturity. • Contribute to finance process improvement and automation initiatives by identifying manual inefficiencies, improving reconciliation workflows, enhancing reporting quality and helping optimise finance systems and tooling. • Support the wider finance team’s ambition to become increasingly automation-led, data-driven and operationally scalable. • Work collaboratively across Finance, Operations, Commercial, Compliance and external stakeholders, providing timely support and contributing positively to team culture, operational excellence and cross-functional delivery.
• Design, deliver and maintain risk and compliance training across the business. • Perform horizon scanning and coordinate regulatory change initiatives with the first line of defence. • Develop and execute the Compliance Monitoring Plan, including outcome-focused monitoring activity. • Track, challenge and support the business in the timely remediation of identified compliance issues and actions, including those arising from monitoring, audits and regulatory interactions. • Own second line oversight and advice across critical regulatory areas, including Consumer Duty, safeguarding, capital and liquidity, complaints handling, operational resilience and outsourcing. • Own the firm's policy framework, drafting and maintaining Risk and Compliance policies and providing review and challenge of business policies to ensure alignment with regulatory expectations and good practice. • Coordinate timely submission of regulatory returns across the firm's reporting obligations, and support internal automation projects by interpreting and mapping data items against reporting requirements. • Support engagement with regulators (e.g. FCA, FIN-FSA), including coordinating responses to regulatory queries and information requests. • Act as a point of contact for third-party auditors where required. • Manage key governance frameworks, including conflicts of interest and whistleblowing. • Coordinate the Risk and Compliance Committee, including preparation of materials and minute-taking. • Contribute to broader Risk and Compliance initiatives, including ESG and investor reporting where required. • Drive safe, ethical and well-governed adoption of AI to deliver operational efficiencies, and provide oversight and challenge of the business's use of AI against regulatory expectations and internal governance standards. • Lead the development of key compliance reports, including the annual Consumer Duty board report and other periodic regulatory and board reporting. • Provide risk and compliance support across Enfuce group entities as required.
• Own and execute end-to-end payroll coordination across multiple countries, including Finland, UK and Germany, as well as managing our Employer of Record provider, Remote.com. • Own and run onboarding sessions and act as a key point of contact for new joiners • Maintain and improve workflows, automations and system configurations in our HR systems, including Personio and Remote.com. • Ensure high data quality and reliable documentation across our People systems • Support the coordination and execution of recurring People processes, such as performance cycles and engagement surveys • Own the maintenance and updating of People policies and the employee handbook, ensuring policies are accurate, accessible and up to date • Act as a first point of contact for employee questions related to benefits, policies and compliance topics • Coordinate office-related topics across locations in collaboration with on-site stakeholders • Support People data reporting and analytics, including preparing reports, extracting insights and ensuring data accuracy • Identify opportunities to improve processes, tools and ways of working • Support the implementation of AI, automation and HR tech improvements in People Operations workflows

• Audit existing documentation to identify gaps, inconsistencies, or outdated information; propose and implement improvements. • Create and maintain foundational documentation (card issuing and payment processing API guides, service documentation, release notes, integration guides and user-facing technical documentation) with an eye towards scalability and long-term usability. • Translate complex card scheme rules and card processing workflows into digestible and practical information for developers and business users. • Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Domain Experts, and Engineers to understand technical concepts, workflows, and system interactions. • Ensure all documentation meets high standards of clarity, usability, and consistency, aligned with product goals and regulatory requirements. • Act as a bridge between documentation and product delivery by independently identifying and driving small-scale improvements that enhance the developer or customer experience. • Monitor and analyze documentation usage trends to inform content improvements and identify areas of high or low engagement. • Leverage tools such as ChatGPT and AI-assisted writing technologies to enhance the quality and efficiency of documentation workflows. • Once you have enhanced foundational documentation, shift focus to external and internal knowledge management with an opportunity to develop AI-driven solutions to enhance onboarding, support, and internal employee resources. • Contribute to the development and testing of these AI-driven solutions to provide automated support based on the documentation created, becoming a key player in our strategic plans for knowledge automation.
