Title: Personal Injury Litigation Attorney Location: Los Angeles, CA Job Description: We are looking for a Litigation Attorney to join are growing team. We are a firm who focus on culture and growth. Both individually and as a team. We help those that have been injured and damaged against large insurance companies that do nothing but delay or prevent them for recovering for what was taken. The right candidate will be judged on ability to follow instruction as well as experience and skill. This role is perfect for a candidate that desires to grow in a firm. There is plenty of room to grow and our firm is focused on investing in the growth of all candidates. Job is available for part time remote work. Position Responsibilities - Manage a significant case load - Draft law and motion practice to maximize value of cases. - Experience with litigation process. - Negotiate and finalize settlements. - Review demands, complaints, discovery, and meet and confers. - Communicate with clients regarding legal strategy and treatment plans. - Analyze fact patterns to help clear coverage and establish liability. Position Qualifications - Licensed and in good standing with the California State Bar (will consider Post Bar Candidates). - JD from an ABA school. - At least 3 years of experience in Personal Injury law. - Must have law and motion experience. - Experience in all phases of litigation. - Familiarity with Casepeer or other legal software. - Strong negotiation and communication skills. - Ability to supervise and provide guidance and counsel. - Bilingual in Spanish is a huge plus. - Team-oriented and positive attitude.
