• Primarily manages bankruptcy routine matters • Draft and review all pleadings and claims filed in the particular matter • Attends scheduled hearings • Responds to general firm wide bankruptcy inquiries • Review filings on behalf of the clients • Monitoring of all electronic filings (ECFs) • Resolving routine bankruptcy matters such as Motions for Relief, Objections to Confirmation, Proofs of claim, etc. • Regular communication with the client, opposing counsel and the Court

• Manage a caseload of complex serious injury claims from initial strategy to resolution • Lead on liability, quantum, rehabilitation, interim payment and settlement strategy • Work closely with clients, families, counsel, medical experts and other specialists • Provide direction, oversight and mentoring to junior colleagues • Contribute to high standards of technical quality, collaboration and client service

• Take the lead on a broad range of data protection and privacy matters • Support businesses with practical, commercially focused advice on compliance, governance and risk management • Work closely with founders, senior leadership teams, in‑house counsel and operational stakeholders • Provide clear, pragmatic guidance that supports business growth • Advise on matters such as UK GDPR compliance, data protection audits, data processing agreements, privacy notices, international data transfers, data subject rights requests and commercial contracts • Support clients with data protection due diligence in corporate transactions

Qualifications - Proven Oil & Gas Landman experience (Texas & New Mexico required). - Strong, hands-on experience with HBP determinations. - Strong due diligence (HBP). - Excellent written and verbal communication skills (you follow up, explain well, and keep people in the loop). - Detail-oriented, deadline-driven, and professional. - Comfortable working remotely and managing your workload efficiently. - No slackers - seriously, we do have to put that.
