Who We’re Looking For Reporting to the Sr. Director, PMO, we are seeking a Project Manager, Creative Production & Content Operations to support the intake, prioritization, coordination, and execution of creative production workflows across digital design, content, video, and campaign initiatives. This role will serve as a key operational partner across Creative, Brand, Marketing, Production, PMO, and external agency teams, helping ensure projects move efficiently from intake through final delivery. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, collaborative, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. This individual will help manage creative requests, digital and static design assets, content queues, production timelines, agency coordination, documentation, and approval workflows while ensuring deliverables remain aligned with brand standards and business priorities. Responsibilities - Manage intake, prioritization, timelines, and tracking for creative requests across digital design, video, content, and campaign initiatives - Partner with Creative, Brand, Marketing, Production, PMO, and agency teams to ensure deliverables are completed on time and aligned with business priorities - Maintain and improve project management workflows, intake systems, templates, and tracking within Asana - Coordinate production and delivery of digital, web, marketplace, and static creative assets, including ads, email visuals, GIFs, and social content - Manage content queue prioritization for video and photography, ensuring assets are routed, reviewed, approved, and launch-ready - Maintain organized documentation, asset tracking, and version control across creative deliverables - Support video production workflows, including new video development, cuts and edits, end cards, UGC content, Tsunami deliverables, and campaign video assets - Assist with photoshoot planning, photography coordination, production logistics, and vendor communication - Coordinate with external creative agencies and production partners to support content shoots, timelines, and campaign execution - Facilitate project kickoffs, status meetings, follow-up communications, and cross-functional alignment - Proactively identify risks, blockers, shifting priorities, and process improvement opportunities - Support mid-tier activations, brand campaign initiatives, and additional duties as needed Qualifications - 4+ years of experience in project management, creative operations, content production, marketing operations, or a related field - Experience supporting creative production, digital marketing, content operations, or campaign workflows - Strong organizational, multitasking, communication, and collaboration skills - Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment - Understanding of digital creative workflows, asset management, production timelines, and review/approval processes - Detail-oriented with strong follow-through, accountability, and cross-functional coordination skills - Familiarity with project management platforms such as Asana, Monday.com, Jira, or similar tools - Interest in AI-enabled workflows, automation, and operational process improvement preferred - Experience coordinating video production, photography, or content operations is a plus - Experience in consumer products, retail, lifestyle, beauty, or eCommerce industries preferred TCWGlobal is an equal opportunity employer.
