• Responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing projects that support client and organizational objectives • Manages project schedules, deliverables, communications, risks, and stakeholder engagement • Works independently on day-to-day project activities and collaborates with senior team members on complex issues • Plan, execute, monitor, and control project activities, including scope, schedule, budget, quality, resources, communications, and risk management • Document and distribute meeting outcomes, including key discussions, decisions, action items, risks, and dependencies • Develop content and budgets for bids and proposals in areas that are the same or similar in scope to currently managed projects
Job Requirements
- Active Project Management Professional® (PMP) certification with a minimum of three (3) years of certification
- Bachelor’s degree in a health, technical, or management field
- Minimum of six (6) years of progressively responsible experience in project management
- Experience using tools for project management and collaboration, such as Microsoft Project, Jira, Confluence, or similar platforms
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, and SharePoint
- Effective spoken and written communication skills
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
